Friendly, quick and efficient

Excellent service, friendly staff and wonderful customer service.

They always took good care of me when I stop for any reason.

Luis was so fast and efficient today! I was in and out! Thank you for great service and great attitude!

The service and staff were very good and reliable.

Excellent service and super quick.

The job was done fast with very little waiting.

In and out process. Honored a coupon I had received and was on my way within 20 mins

Quick Oil change under 30 mins, no line... They didn't show me my oil after the change, I'm usually used to that, but my car runs smooth. Another thing is, I asked for a battery clean up because my car has battery corrosion... The man working there said he would check it out for me but I never heard anything back. It was a another man servicing me other than the guy I asked to check the battery or clean the corrosion. I will be back to try again.

Jacob was very kind & helpful!

The hours on Saturday are listed as 8 am but no one was available to perform an oil change until 9 am because someone did not show up for work today.

Awesome customer service! Very professional!

Great guys making it right!!

best oil change place i’ve been to in agoura. been coming back for years and they always do a great job

I’m honestly so impressed, I actually went back twice last month. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes for a basic oil change which is crazy fast for a drive in place... The guys up front were super chill and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciate because Jiffy Lube usually makes me feel rushed or pressured. Then last week they even offered to top off my windshield fluid and check my tire pressure for free while I waited, seriously nice touch that not everywhere would bother with. I drive a lot for work and this is probably the smoothest experience Ive had getting an oil change in Agoura for years... Im not going back to anyone else.

Exceptional customer service

I have been coming to this Agoura Hills Jiffy Lube for over 15 years to get my car's oil changed. On my recent visit, Jouse and Paul took care of my car. They were very nice, honest, and professional. The entire process only took 20 minutes! I am so glad we have such a great shop here in Agoura. Highly recommended
