OIL CHANGE ON MY AUDI WITH GREAT SERVICE

I have a Nissan Maxima and I feel very happy taking my car to the Aliso Viejo Jiffy Lube. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve had nothing but very good service and care of my cars. It is beyond easier than going to a dealership and I’ve had nothing but good results.

Oil changed, transmission fluids replaced and rotated tires in less than an hour. Crew works really well together.

I received excellent service at Jiffy Lube today. Brian and the team were courteous and helpful. The pricing was very reasonable, and it the fast service & easy scheduling allowed me to maintain my vehicle despite my busy work schedule. They have an offer for complimentary fluid top offs within 3 months of service, which I appreciate.

I am very lucky to have Angel and his team members help me to find the battery and locate it for me. After I purchased the battery, the whole replaced it and check the light on my dash board which is the tire signal. Angel also helped too. During this holiday seasons, they service all the clients need. Awesome team!!

Really good guys working there. I brought my own Pennsoil and filter that I didn’t think they had. However they did stock those items. Regardless they charged a totally reasonable price for their work. It’s nice to know they stock everything I prefer. I’ll be back in 5000miles

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. We brought our car in for an oil change when the oil light came on, but we're also experiencing smoke. I assumed the oil change would take care of the smoke due to my ignorance about cars, but it turned out it was a different matter altogether. Thankfully, even though we were down the road when our car started smoking so much we thought it was on fire, one of the business's employees (Jessie) was leaving at the end of the night for home saw us, pulled over, helped us out, escorted us back to safety, and even offered to drive us home to a different city. The whole team (e.g., Brian and Jessie) has been absolutely fantastic and helpful. Always professional, always opening the doors for us, absolute perfection. This business should be immensely proud of its team and how it comes to the rescue of drivers. We are forever grateful.

Came from out of town and halfway there my tire pressure dropped in all four tires, was gonna ask Big O tires for help but the line was really long. So I asked Jiffy lube if they could help the gentleman said pull right up and had me set up in 5 minutes and didn’t want to charge me. That is amazing service in a day and age where that is rare.

I had an awesome experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Gustavo. He went above and beyond—super helpful and kind the whole time. He didn’t just do the job and send me off, he actually checked a bunch of things on my van, showed me around under the hood, and even explained how to change the oil myself. You can tell he really cares and knows his stuff. It made the whole experience way better than I expected.

They were very quick and helpful. Got an oil fill and tire rotation for around $170. I. And out in 15 mins on a Saturday!

Great jiffy lube location. The people that work at this location are actually car guys that care about your car. Stay away from other jiffy or valvoline oil places locally.

Love this location! I always take my car there and it's surprisingly never to busy and they are always quick with there work! They're cool about making suggestions or letting me know about anything they find concerning about my car but don't make me feel pressured to buy anything or do anything! They are great!

Benji and the team, friendly, quick and efficient. There are some mechanics who don’t know exactly what is going on so if they don’t make sure you talk to someone who knows about your vehicles specifically, there was some confusion one time I was there (I was set to come in and then someone said we don’t have your records in the computer?) anyways, I do recommend this place, it’s my go too in and out 15 minutes usually.
