Thank you to MARCO and the team at Jiffy Lube (at Brookhurst and Lincoln). I was referred there from another Jiffy Lube because the service is different sometimes at different Jiffy Lubes. And, because of the great service I got at the Jiffy Lube on Ball Road from ANDRE and "his team" and the "referral I got for what I needed to be checked on my car" I went to the other Jiffy Lube on Lincoln. I was greeted nice by Angel and Marco "took great care of my car"??. Marco was very professional and very knowledgeable regarding my car. Thank you Jiffy Lube "team". You have another customer. And, I will definitely recommend people to you.

Fast, professional service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Came in for a full synthetic oil change on my Kia Optima and the team got me taken care of quickly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. They explained everything clearly, checked fluids, and had me back on the road fast. Waiting area was clean and the customer service was solid. Appreciate the honest and efficient service.

Great service , could not service transmission fluid change (needed 2 hours) and rear differential fluid for my vehicle was not available in a timely fashion . Oil and filters provided (just fine) and the staff was friendly and helpful otherwise . Great job overall

I love this specific Jiffy Lube location! I come here for all my oil changes, and it’s always such a great experience. They handle everything, which gives me total peace of mind knowing my car has been properly serviced. Freddy usually takes care of my car —he’s fantastic and always provides service with a smile!

Great Customer service

Came in with engine light on and a clunking sound. The team diagnosed a misfire, changed my oil, honored a coupon, and sent me on my way back home to San Francisco - 6.5 hr drive - with confidence. I had to wait my turn - about an hour - and they were done shortly thereafter. Great group of guys. Highly recommend.

They are all very nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait to get checked in. I dropped off the car and went to have breakfast and they called as soon as my car was done.

The jiffy lube process is very simple. You drive up they scan your vehicle bar code and they asses what you need. They do a great job. I’m willing to do my own oil changes but I rather not. Thank jiffy lube. Thanks for the coupons.
