Courteous and professional I was lucky to have no one In front of me, Was not forced into an over sale of expensive Air filters , love having the coupons!

Marciano (sp?) and Luis are quality gentlemen with excellent service, amazing manners, gentle and very patient in explaining all services to customers. The experience and expertise served by these two has made me a permanent customer of this Jiffy Lube. I enjoyed Marciano's knowledge about the car service and his taking time to refer me to another store for Antifreeze AC work, which I will be visiting that store this week. All in all if Jiffy Lube could get ratings like restaurants they receive a huge A+ the owners of this store should be very proud and WORRY FREE that the gentlemen here are giving them a great reputation of quality, manners, excellence in customer service and mechanical work. These men deserve an increase or bonus in pay and in retirement for the future, including vacation time. We'll deserved and I'm hoping that managment/owners will honor them in that. Its rare these days to have employees with excellence in all ways, genuiness is a bonus to the company. People wish to have this. God Bless & please pardon me if I spelled his name wrong. ?? Best to continue in employee greatness.

Very quick and friendly. Price for a full synthetic oil change was around what I expected to pay, still higher than I would like but, again, expected. Definitely worth it for the quick and professional service I received!

This is the Jiffy location I trust most with my family’s vehicles. Especially considering the level of customer service provided by Gustav and Ateem. They’ve never attempted to oversell me on services that’s not needed and always get the job done with a heightened level of professionalism.

They changed the oil quickly I asked if they could hurry because I had an appointment in Barstow dmv for my daughters drive test. They made sure everything was working properly for the tezt.

I just went and got an oil change on 12/7/25. This was my second time coming to this location. The service was as quick as the first time; this will definitely be my go-to for my oil change. Customer service was just excellent.
