Received excellent service and was informed that a tire had a nail so then went to have the tire repaired with my mechanic.

Alberto got us home! 350 miles from home with an overheating engine on a Sunday morning, I was pretty worried about how to handle are car that was steaming from the hood on the highway. I got to Jiffy Lube and Alberto saved the day. Asked the right questions to diagnose what might have been wrong and 90 minutes later, we were back on the road! He juggled their schedule to get us in-out of there, explained exactly what might be going on the the probability of it fixing the problem, didn't take advantage of us financially...just an amazing experience. 6 hours later, we arrived back home with the car having run perfectly. Our day could have been ruined but Alberto (and his crew) made it relatively seamless! I can't recommend this shop any higher.

Great service in Azusa! I pulled right in and I was out in 15 minutes!!! The crew over there was knowledgeable and courteous. They didn’t try a charge me for a bunch of extra things that weren’t necessary. They simply got me what I asked, updated me on the status of things to come and sent me on my way. This is why I WILL BE BACK! ????

I’ve been having brake problems for a few months, mechanics say it’s this and that…….. took it here, manager checked it out, cleaned up the brakes and now they sound good as new. Quality service for a fair price.

I pulled into this Jiffy Lube and was greeted with a warm smile. The attendant was so nice. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of oil changes. I chose full synthetic for my Lexus. I feel very confident with their work. My mom also takes her Avalon to this Jiffy Lube. They get the highest rating! 10+
