My first time at Jiffy Lube in Bakersfield but I was a regular when I lived in Tehachapi. Been going to the Nissan dealer for my oil changes, but it takes way too long, usually several hours. Decided to try my local JL and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, which I appreciated. Staff was very nice and professional. I will definitely be coming back.

Took my car in for an oil change and the guys were so helpful gave me the best discount they had available and were quick to I was in and out. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

The customer service at Jiffy Lube is excellent! It is so easy to go back to do a top off and tires checked, etc. etc.! All the people that work there are always very friendly and very helpful! I own several cars and I bring all of my cars for service at Jiffy Lube!

Awesome, so helpful and affordable! I came in with an old family car with really low miles and obnoxious creaking that I couldn't pinpoint. They fixed it, a huge bolt was out of place! They put on amazing new breaks, oil change and all at a surprising speed. Now I feel safe driving myself and my son around again, Thank you!

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Auburn St and Oswalt in Bakersfield, CA. These guys were so accommodating, got me in immediately, we so kind and attentive. They did an AMAZING job, fair pricing and went above board! I brought my dog and took him for a walk in the surrounding area, and when I got back, these guys took the time to show me what they did, including showing me the clean oil filled up on the dipstick. When they completed the service, they opened the hatch of my Suburban, set up the dog ramp so I could easily get my dog back in the Truck! These guys not only have my business, they have my heart! Wish I got their names, they were top notch in everyway. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Thanks for helping out with my oil change, and swapping out my brake light! In and out in no time! You all really saved the day! They even vacuumed out the inside of my car, both the front and back seat. Great service and friendly staff.

Ok watch out an air filter for my car cost $15.00 @ auto zone jiffy lube wants $40.00 for the same part.

The gentlemen were cuteous, informative, and knowledgeable. I had requested wiper replacements as the season was upon us Rather than just replacing them for the sale, they inspected them and informed me, they did not need to be replaced. Thank you

The manager and staff were professional. They showed me my air filter, which badly needed replacement and also educated me about the difference between motor oils. They filled up my tires, cleaned the windows, and vacuumed my car. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely go back to Jiffy Lube and highly recommend them.
