Very courteous and professional. My husband and I take all our vehicles there for service. Always a great job.

Very friendly employees. Employees explain what they serviced in terms that a non mechanic can understand. They show you the oil level and give recommendations of other services, but they are not pushy about it. The service is quick and I am not there any longer than 20 minutes once they get to my vehicle. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

We had work done at a location in Napa and we had a brake light come on as we were driving cross country. We stopped at this location in Bakersfield. They all helped us with no hesitation and found the problem, we are on our way to Florida now. Thank you for your swift service and I would highly recommend this location.

The young men there are very nice and knowledgeable. They help you understand everything they did and they show you. They explain it all. I love that. I'm not very knowledgeable about car (under the hood). I've learned a lot with them. They don't cheat you because you're a woman. They explain it to you.??

Andreas and the crew here do an excellent job and are very transparent. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I would definitely drive out of my way to get my oil changed here again

I like Jiffy Lube because they can do basic auto services and I do not have to wait long. The service line at Honda is so long that I just could not sit in my car so long especially in hot weather or wait inside the office for hours while the car was serviced. I did have to Show the young men the dash reading that said Oil Life 20% was a bad sign. The oil was almost a year old and low oil life means the oil was degrading. After oil changes it shows 100% oil life. I don’t drive very much so my mileage is pretty low. This is about my 4th visit here.

This jiffy lube has excellent service Andreas the manager was great I went in for a oil change and he let me know my belt was about to break I appreciate these guys so much from the techs to worked on my car and the manager all I can say is 5 stars great service great value and I will not take my car anywhere else as long as Andreas is there!!!!! Andres is super helpful. Everyone here is, but Andres went to extra steps for me, to explain what’s going on and even took pics to help me understand and explain to my father. He also recommended a place for me to go for my gasket repair, and when i came back to be sure my car wasn’t leaking oil, a few days after my change.. they double checked to be sure it was from my transmission afterall. They back up their work and they didn’t charge me for the double check /extra explanation. I also found out they change brakes, spark plugs, wipers, and all that here. I didn’t know they do so much, I’m definitely coming back when i need service again. Plus they have dope ass coupons online/through email making it a good value for your money. Thanks guys!
