I like Jiffy Lube because they can do basic auto services and I do not have to wait long. The service line at Honda is so long that I just could not sit in my car so long especially in hot weather or wait inside the office for hours while the car was serviced. I did have to Show the young men the dash reading that said Oil Life 20% was a bad sign. The oil was almost a year old and low oil life means the oil was degrading. After oil changes it shows 100% oil life. I don’t drive very much so my mileage is pretty low. This is about my 4th visit here.

This jiffy lube has excellent service Andreas the manager was great I went in for a oil change and he let me know my belt was about to break I appreciate these guys so much from the techs to worked on my car and the manager all I can say is 5 stars great service great value and I will not take my car anywhere else as long as Andreas is there!!!!! Andres is super helpful. Everyone here is, but Andres went to extra steps for me, to explain what’s going on and even took pics to help me understand and explain to my father. He also recommended a place for me to go for my gasket repair, and when i came back to be sure my car wasn’t leaking oil, a few days after my change.. they double checked to be sure it was from my transmission afterall. They back up their work and they didn’t charge me for the double check /extra explanation. I also found out they change brakes, spark plugs, wipers, and all that here. I didn’t know they do so much, I’m definitely coming back when i need service again. Plus they have dope ass coupons online/through email making it a good value for your money. Thanks guys!

Jiffy lube has been my go to for years. When my scratch plate fell off, I bought the parts and it was replaced free of charge. When I needed an oil change last week, the inside of my car was vacuumed and tires rotated. I can only speak for the locations in Santa Cruz and Bakersfield on Ming Avenue: service is impeccable, patrons are given respect, and workers in need are employed. No complaints
