First time at the JiffyLube on Columbus Pkwy for an oil change. The techs were nice, worked together, and made sure to help me through the process. Ryan checked me in and set up my JL profile. My jeep was in pretty good shape but Mark went over what was needing attention and answered all of my questions. Overall my car got serviced within 25-30 minutes. I will be returning for the next service. Great job!

The Jiffy Lube employee showed me my air conditioner filter, which was filthy and recommended I replace it which I did. It makes a huge difference in airflow. You don’t realize how lowered the performance is until you were replace filters. I 100% trust their recommendations.

I came into the Benicia location after a long day and honestly wasn’t in the best mood. But from the moment I got there, the team completely turned my day around. The customer service was amazing everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and had me in and out quickly. I’ve been coming here for a while, and this visit just reminded me why I keep coming back. It’s not just about getting an oil change it’s the way they treat people. I drove up to the location on a Monday morning and got in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Both lanes were being utilized. Waited in the lobby for my car and within the hour I was done and gone. I wasn't from Benicia, but because I've been to Jiffy Lube in the Riverside, California area, my information was in the system already. Same great treatment as if I was pback in my hometown. I would surely recommend this Jiffly Lube to those living in the Benicia area.

Before coming to Jiffy Lube, I had my vehicle serviced at another oil change shop and it was frustrating. What should have been a quick visit turned into nearly two hours. I was told they needed special tools to remove the skid plates, and the whole experience felt slow and inconvenient. My visit to Jiffy Lube was the complete opposite. The team was efficient, professional, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. No hassle, no delays. That’s how service should be done. Jiffy Lube earned a customer trust.
