I used to go to oil changers. I found a much better service, with professionals, they were detailed, courteous and timely. I will be using jiffy lube from now on.

So thankful for the Jiffy Lube on Columbus Pkwy they’re always quick & professional! I’ve been going to them for years with my dog & trust my car is taken care of. The location is perfect! We enjoy a walk & can get coffee or lunch while they take care of us!

Friendly, respectful, courteous. They greeted me when I arrived and were efficient. Even held the door open for me to go into the waiting room. All said hi or thanked me for coming in. Out of the different jiffy lube and other Lyft inspection places, this place is at the top. I think I will just go here from now on.

Great team – everybody was involved in dealing with my Italian car and making sure that all the lights were reset everything looked good and even some little details that were not part of the oil change were attended to. Will be back 10/10 times.

As a woman sometimes it can feel intimidating or uncomfortable going to the car shop, but as for my first time here they provided me with professional service, great quality maintenance, and for an affordable price!
