Fast, efficient and courteous. No high pressure attitudes. Informed there was a small transmission leak but no issue, no serious problem. Got oil change and lube.

I drove up to the location on a Monday morning and got in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Both lanes were being utilized. Waited in the lobby for my car and within the hour I was done and gone. I wasn't from Benicia, but because I've been to Jiffy Lube in the Riverside, California area, my information was in the system already. Same great treatment as if I was pback in my hometown. I would surely recommend this Jiffly Lube to those living in the Benicia area.

Before coming to Jiffy Lube, I had my vehicle serviced at another oil change shop and it was frustrating. What should have been a quick visit turned into nearly two hours. I was told they needed special tools to remove the skid plates, and the whole experience felt slow and inconvenient. My visit to Jiffy Lube was the complete opposite. The team was efficient, professional, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. No hassle, no delays. That’s how service should be done. Jiffy Lube earned a customer trust.

Very pleasant and friendly team

The employees at this fine establishment are full of enthusiasm and are very welcoming. They did a thorough and timely oil change for me, two times now. Would definitely come back here for the return service. They were also honest about some maintenance recommendations and actually showed me visually a few things i could get fixed on my vehicle, which was above and beyond in my opinion. Great crew working this shop.
