Always awesome service!

I will always bring my car to this Jiffy Lube even though I live in Pollock Pines. I like to watch how all the employees work and interact with customers and whomever trained these employees should hire out to show companies how to treat customers and work really hard. I am most impressed with Sierra. She tells you everything the car needs and works quick and efficiently to get the job done and you on your way as quickly as possible. In these days it’s refreshing to see companies take such pride in their work. A++

Love this location, employees are all super chill, and they do a good job at oil changes. I’ve had other jiffy locations strip bolts, not put enough oil, or just had terrible customer service. Not here, this place is great.

Fast and friendly service!

Awesome staff especially Martina. I drove in to Cameron Park location about 45 minutes before the closing on a Sunday and they took control. Martina was super through before, during, and afterwards of services I needed. They did the oil and filter change quickly along with airing up my tires so they were all at the correct level, filled the windshield fluids, then Martina went over services done and advised that the brake fluids get changed out soon. She and I have the same Chevy HHR but different years and talked about how well they've run, along with so much space. She definitely is the best representation of her company to make me feel heard and taken care of and thanks to the guys outside too. Awesome work to you all.

The Star Wizard car got an oil change and a new cabin air filter. The people that work there are very nice and the job was completed and it was checked twice.

Most organized and well run Jiffy I have ever been to. compliments to Corey and Sierra especially. They run a tight ship. I am the dentist next-door and get to watch the show daily and believe me when I tell you, they are valuable assets and employees. I’ve also seen a couple of poor employees come through that Cory immediately dealt with. Cory is an amazing leader and keeps that store on track with the help of Sierra. I have been quite impressed with how they run the place. I have my own employees and understand what it’s like so I wanted to give them a five thumbs up on how they treat their customers with respect, and run a timely and efficient business that is more than likely one of the best Jiffy Lube that you have in the whole area . dr. I got there early and great service

Fast service. I overfilled my car with oil and had it trailored there at opening. They fixed it for me immediatly and cars still running good. Nice staff.

Needed an oil change fast before going on a trip and they were wonderful and and very friendly and professional.

Every time I go to Jiffy Lube they are fast , friendly and bring things to my attention that are close to needing service or replacement . They also asked about a pert tgat was installed and was the “wrong part’ then looked at my last maintenance visit and saw that ithe part was installed by a tech there, on my last visit. They then replaced it with the correct part at no charge to me .
