After going to another place for two years (because I worked there :=), I returned to Jiffy Lube on Hamilton (in Campbell, CA) for an oil change. These guys were courteous, professional, and thorough with the services from start to finish. They removed my air and cabin filters BEFORE even writing me up to show me what was needed or would be soon. I appreciated their fast service (15-20 minutes from the time I drove up to the door and exiting at completion!) Thought their review of services performed, what's recommended for next time in was excellent and all of that at a reasonable price. High recommendation for this location and their crew - all were pros!

The service was efficient and professional! I was in and out in under 30 minutes and my vehicle is set few thousand miles!

5 star service like a luxury car dealership. Unfortunately, the company removed all the vacuums from every location. I hope they bring them back. Although I currently can't afford a luxury car, it's nice to know that the service is available to people regardless of what vehicle they bring in. I heard the new manager is striving to make this location better than ever.

Down to earth, friendly staff.... Even early in the morning. We shared stories about our kids, as I explained why my car looks like a disaster. They even gave my floors a little vacuum.
