I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube and wanted to give a shout-out to Pedro for the excellent service. He helped me get the best price possible for my oil change, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, quick, and very professional from start to finish. Pedro was friendly, honest, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. It’s not always easy to find service that’s both fast and fairly priced, but this visit definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Pedro if you stop by!

I took my car in for a state inspection and general check on Jiffy Lube location and was really impressed. Juan and Ahmad were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with the inspection. They explained everything they checked, pointed out a few minor issues, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Communication was great. they answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood what they found. The entire process was quick without feeling rushed. Highly recommend Juan and Ahmad for car inspections here!

So I was in need of an uber inspection and had to look for a jiffy lube in the Northridge area then found a really good one here on Roscoe & de Soto as the wonderful technician Juan had me fill this out for a FREE oil change

Called Jiffy Lube for an oil change quote. They gave me a reasonable price, so I stopped by. Before I could park my car a nice young lady came out of the office and asked if I came for an oil change. She directed me right into the first bay. Took no longer 30 minutes I was in and out in no time. Every person there from the mechanic's, to the people helping out were professional, courteous and all smiles. Fast, friendly and efficient service??

The best Jiffy Lube in the valley. What makes them the best is the the team and leadership that makes visits enjoyable. I cant recommend them enough. Place is super tidy; tools all organized in their right place; and the attention to detail is awesome. These guys are all super dope.

Great service and fast

This was the fastest experience I ever had, granted I only needed an Uber inspection, but they were super nice super friendly staff greeted me with a smile handle their business and under 20 minutes! The facility was clean. I have nothing but high praises to sing for the Jiffy Lube on De Soto and Roscoe!
