So I had a big problem Evidently the last Jiffy lube (different city) put on my oil filter way to tight and in order to get it off they had to break the part. They went above and beyond the service that was promised and they didn’t charge me for the damaged part. I am an Uber driver and I need my car to be on the road for 300 miles a day lol. Thanks to Pedro and his staff I am on the road again

This Jiffy lube on Roscoe and Desoto in Chatsworth is the best!! Abnet and Gerardo took great care topping off fluids for me ! They checked tire pressure. Im coming here for oil change next time for sure !!!

Gerardo is great, came in for inspection and was greeted by a very professional mechanic and knowledgeable. He knew what I was there for. Plus, it was only 10 minutes from house.

This is my first time bringing my car to Jiffy Lube and I got really a great experience, the personal are very well trained and they explain and show everything to be be done to my my car. I really recommend Jiffy Lube for your car oil changes great experience.

Abner, Ava and Walter provided excellent service during my oil change today. Very quick and efficient and communicated all important aspects of the service. This is my go to location.

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube multiple times for routine oil changes, and they continue to leave a solid impression. What stood out most during this visit was just how fast the service was. I arrived about 15 minutes after opening, and with only one other car ahead of me, they had me in and out surprisingly quickly. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Even though my vehicle was already in their system from previous visits, they still treated me like a valued regular customer and made the experience feel personable rather than transactional. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Pricing felt fair and reasonable for the convenience, and the overall operation seemed organized and efficient. The service bays and waiting area were clean, and the team communicated clearly without being overly pushy about add-ons or extra services. Overall, this is a dependable spot for quick maintenance if you want efficient service, friendly employees, and a hassle-free experience.
