Great fast service but… I had an online coupon that was worth $15. They told me that they couldn’t accept it because they were having problems with that particular scan and that corporate knew about the issue. They did give me a $10 coupon but I still feel that I’m owed $5

Came in and they were very friendly and quick. Syed helped me out. I came right before closing but he still was professional and got me in and out. Thank you Syed!!

Great customer service and very courteous team.

These guys were great. You could really tell That they care about their work. They pointed stuff out to me that was above and beyond. They let me know that 2 of my skid plate bolts were missing and that my transfer case for my 4x4 had a slight leak but nothing to be super worried about yet. They were honest, caring and thorough. That’s what you want. Matt was the main guy that helped me out and I truly appreciate his solid work ethic and honesty with me. Very appreciated.

Jiffy lube team has always been professional and helpful.

Angel and his employees helped me today 11/21 after an incident with my tire. Although they don't specialize with tires, they helped me and put the spare for me and also provided me with extra support -air for my tires and oil. Their team is caring and very kind! I will be coming back to this location due to them being so open and willing to help me out in the emergency that I had.

I have been going here for years now and just decided to write this review. I have had nothing but a great experience at this location...very friendly and they explain everything to you. Don't forget to look for coupons.

Quick and communicative.

We just moved into town and we came from Sun Valley California which is next door to Burbank California. I do my oil change pretty much all the time and today when I had an emergency due to my schedule and how busy I am with work was the best and most smoothies experience I've ever had as far as an oil change. I'm not in that same field anymore which is a mechanic and or a technician for Chevrolet in my young years and I am now in another industry which is pest control Pest Management. For the first time I had my hands full and my vehicle is my office and these guys are completely professionals, respectful . from the guy who's underneath and the pit all the way to the guy who is the service advisor. So whether it was Jiffy Lube or another Lube company oh, this is the model or standard 4A satisfied experience. I went next door to that amazing Barbershop but that's another story and another review while waiting for my service.??????
