I was originally not going to stop but man.I'm glad I did. It was a tad pricey, but the SERVICE... David and Jordyn, impressive. I like to give good reviews when the service is good, but I don't usually think about doing it for an oil change, but this place definitely changed my mind. Stop on by and enjoy

Miguel the GM Oscar and David went out of their way to help us put back on our skid plate when the Jiffy Lube at 1970 Oceanside Blvd Ca, 92054 missed it up. We appreciate these guys so much for helping us get back on the road!! This location is very clean the guys were calling out their work!!

Amazing oil change experience

The GM and his team were efficient and helpful beyond just an oil change in making sure my old car is safe on the road.

David a the team did a great job. Pointed out much needed services and got my out in no time.

David and Miguel were both courteous when it came to keeping maintenance on my vehicle, both were actually pretty attentive to making sure i wasn’t sold anything I needed.

David and his team Oscar, Tony, Jack, and Kyle. We’re all fantastic they went above and beyond this is my second experience at this jiffy lube and it’s the only place i will go now. Keep up the great work fantastic job thank you!

The service rep, Alan, was very courteous and helpful. They don’t pressure you to buy the most expensive stuff and extra services like some oil change places do. Just a nice quick oil change with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m definitely coming back!

Visited this location on 9/1 for an oil change and was in and out so quickly. I was helped by Jack, Alan, Roberto, & Tony and they were all so polite and professional and made me feel very safe and taken care of!

We pulled up and asked for a regular liquid check and tire pressure check. Roberto and his crew did an incredible job and took care of us. I was ready to pay but he waived me off telling me have a great day. Small gesture of generosity but I'll be driving 15 miles from now on to get my oil changed at your place. Thank you Roberto and Jiffy for hiring quality and nice people.

Cash, jack and Dexter helped me start my car when it died in front of jiffy lub when they didn’t have too and were very nice and helpful????

I’ve been coming here for years with a few different vehicles. The service has been decent over the years. This last time was exceptional. Kevin was super polite and was very accommodating. I hope the current staff remains.

Over and above exceeded expectations with professional care and true superstar customer service. Will definitely be my go to for Oil Change and for the services they offer.

Very courteous and attentive technicians. I got my brake fluid flushed which I couldn’t get done where I usually get my oil changed. They did an excellent job. I was completely satisfied.

Great team here! Fast and friendly crew. Stopped by for an oil change. While Peter got right to work on changing my oil, Sophia was giving a thorough check of my engine. Pointed out that I needed to change my engine air filter, she taught me super easy how to change out my own filter when I get one. Learned something new today thanks to her. Precious is also really helpful and courteous. Highly recommend coming here. I was just here 10 minutes ago, now I’m leaving already wow. Thank you so much!

I regularly get my oil, filters, battery, etc. checked at the Jiffy Lube on Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad. No matter who is on duty, I am treated with respect and always receive courteous, prompt service. Their prices are fair and their recommendations are helpful, so I can't imagine going anywhere else!

You have an excellent team! Isaac and Jordyn went above and beyond to accommodate and answer my questions and any concerns. You have an amazing team at Carlsbad Jiffy Lube, I would absolutely recommend. I've been coming here for 6 years now, and although they have changed employees within those years, management has secured a strong ethical team. The staff at Jiffy Lube provided me with a couple of options for my oil change and tire rotation. I was appreciative of the information they provided and the great job they did to change the oil and rotate my tires. I will continue to come back here when my car is in need of service.
