…OIL CHANGE (EXCELLENT TEAM ????

Allen was the best, super helpful. Great staff and nice waiting area. I will definitely be coming to this location from now on

The people working there are kind and the service was a jiffy as promoted.

Great experience. Helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with the technicians

This location is one of the best locations in the Sacramento area. The crew always goes over and beyond..

Great service

I always have a good experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The mechanics know their job and are helpful in letting you know what’s up under the hood and chassis. The are also quick, and do a great job so your wait time is minimal, or if very busy, they make sure to take care of you as well and as expediently as humanly possible. I highly recommend them for an oil change or a look-see to advise you, without “ripping you off”. They’re very nice and honest as well.

Fast and accurate.

They fixed my Air Conditioner. I didn't know they did repairs. It's a great Jiffy Lube location. Friendly and fast. Adam was super nice and knowledgeable.

Went to jiffy lube on fair oaks blvd in Carmichael and it was very quick, and super friendly staff and service. Inside lobby was very nice and clean. They send me coupons up to $34.00 off and send reminders to my phone when its time for new oil change. This is my go-to place for sure. I really recommend this place to all.

Arrived at 8:04am on a saturday, left at about 8:19am… You can’t beat that time at any of the other places… I used a coupon That I received on Facebook and saved 35 bucks… So, I’m going to go get some coffee and a doughnut in my Freshly Serviced Volvo. It was an oil change..09/26/2026

Very helpful, professional and prompt. Anthony was very knowledgeable and made the process so smooth.

Monica has helped us twice and she's been super friendly and thorough in explaining any issues or concerns with the car and what has been done. I've brought my car in here since we got it for oil changes and we love it.

Jiffy Lube on Fair Oaks Blvd had very professional techs working, they knew exactly what they had to do and were very quick about doing the job. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Would Recommend

The Carmichael shop is well run. I was informed of any findings. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out in a jiffy.

Always amazing customer service and fastest oil change I've had with them including checking multiple things as well such as tire air check and windshield wipers and battery life

The Carmichael Jiffy Lube is the best! The guys are so helpful and they are always fast and considerate. The manager always remembers me and seems to really enjoy his work.

The Jiffy Lube location on Fair Oaks in Carmichael is excellent ! Everyone is friendly, and very efficient. In addition to my oil change, I appreciated that they showed me my cabin air and engine filters rather than just telling me about them. They also show you on a screen display everything that was checked and highlight any issues or recommendations. I came in on a Saturday morning and there was zero waiting time, and they were extremely fast !!!

what a good group of guys thanks

FYI this location at Carmichael on Fair oaks is always outstanding very thorough... And reasonable thank you

Was great

I just went into Jiffy Lube to have the oil and filter changed, but because of their extensive overview of the car itself, they found a battery in my car was Zero percentage left. I went next door to O'Reilly's where I bought the battery 12 months prior and was able to get a brand new battery. Had they not discovered the problem, my wife would have been stranded no telling where! So kudos five stars to Jiffy Lube on Fair Oaks Boulevard

Soo many things going right with this location! 1. Eric on the phone (welcoming and kind) 2. Anthony upon arrival (a gentleman and accommodating) 3. Monica! My girl was understanding, thourough and informative! (And she laughed at all my dumb jokes ?? 4. When it came down to opt in or out of additional services... ????.. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!!!! 5. I was in and out in 20 mins. 6. When i asked my clarifying questions (which i tend to ask a TON of) everyone was kind enough to take their time to sit with me so i understood it all. 7. As a little lady, this was a comfortable, easy going, painless experience. 8. My only regret was not taking a lollipop as my reward for Adulting today ?? Thanks for everything!!

Friendly attendants. Explained work done. Finished in good time. Appreciate window washing and cleaning floors.

Oil change prices have gotten out of control but I trust my truck with Jiffy lube. Great service and professional service.

Shoutout to the team, helpful and were quick

Good overall service. But prices have changed, my goodness. And the service tech tried to upsell cabin filter to me. I said no. I can do it myself.

????? Great service! The staff was friendly, professional, and fast. My oil change was completed quickly, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend! My favorite one??

Very helpful and speedy oil change.

Service representatives very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my car serviced quickly with minimal wait. Inspected the necessary maintenance points and answered questions about future issues.

Super service! Louis recommended a renewal kit for my headlights and wow! They look like new! They must have dusted and vacuumed the inside because it was much better than when I handed over the keys! Louis suggested a couple things to watch and said they would be following up when I return for my next service! Thank you Louis ! Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube

Matthew, Ruby, and all the guys did a fine job on my Jeep. I’m well satisfied and can recommend them for your vehicle’s maintenance.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. Came in for a brake light bulb change. In and out within a few minutes. Considering coming here instead of the dealer for regular maintenance.
