I just went into Jiffy Lube to have the oil and filter changed, but because of their extensive overview of the car itself, they found a battery in my car was Zero percentage left. I went next door to O'Reilly's where I bought the battery 12 months prior and was able to get a brand new battery. Had they not discovered the problem, my wife would have been stranded no telling where! So kudos five stars to Jiffy Lube on Fair Oaks Boulevard

Soo many things going right with this location! 1. Eric on the phone (welcoming and kind) 2. Anthony upon arrival (a gentleman and accommodating) 3. Monica! My girl was understanding, thourough and informative! (And she laughed at all my dumb jokes ?? 4. When it came down to opt in or out of additional services... ????.. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!!!! 5. I was in and out in 20 mins. 6. When i asked my clarifying questions (which i tend to ask a TON of) everyone was kind enough to take their time to sit with me so i understood it all. 7. As a little lady, this was a comfortable, easy going, painless experience. 8. My only regret was not taking a lollipop as my reward for Adulting today ?? Thanks for everything!!

Oil change prices haven’t gotten out of control but I trust my truck with Jiffy lube. Great service and professional service.

Super service! Louis recommended a renewal kit for my headlights and wow! They look like new! They must have dusted and vacuumed the inside because it was much better than when I handed over the keys! Quick in and out maintenance. I trust this location, I usually see the same people each time. Monica usually helps check me in and she is warm and knowledgeable. They tell me what’s urgent to fix and advise me on things that will need to be taken care of soon.
