Efficient and careful service. Alexis was very helpful and diligent about helping fix my loose cabin air filter cover, and Chris noted a missing screen under my car, which I much appreciated. The manager Antonio cares about the operation, all around a nice experience.

Great service and friendly

I had the day off and decided to get my oil changed on my F150. Antonio and staff are great. Not pushy but communicative. Let me know some of the services they offer and since they weren’t pushy I’ll be back to get those when I have more time. It was a bit slow when I walked so instead of just having 1 person working on it, all that were available worked on my truck. So they definitely aren’t sitting around doing nothing. Very customer centric and a clean waiting area. Glad they are in town and I don’t have to drive too far for some simple work done on my truck. Thanks Antonio and team!

Came in today 7/17 for an oil change. It was my first time there and I have a slightly bigger vehicle and as I pulled up the guy asked me if I ever came to jiffy lube before and I said no. I also told him I suck at driving lol. He said no worries bro I can help you park your car inside and he jumped into my car and did it for me. I didn’t catch his name but that was really awesome of him, that’s A+++ service. The cashier guy was really nice as well and helped me out.

This location is awesome! They really care about you and your vehicle! The techs went above and beyond for me today and I will be a customer for life!

Service was great but the waiting area could be a little more inviting. They had records of my previous visit at another location so it was an easy selection process. This was my parents' car. I guess you just need to trust that they really did the oil and filtered change. The staff was and helpful. The oil change happened quickly enough but you should bring something to read and or do while you wait.

I absolutely recommend if you need an oil change you go to Jiffy Lube in Castro Valley. The young people there are so kind, knowledgable and respectful that it is a true pleasure to sit in your car and watch their teaching and learning. The manager Anthony is outstanding with the guys keeping them working and engaged all the time. The service is quick and done perfectly. I am so happy we have such a great place in our community. Go to Jiffy Lube. You won't be sorry.
