I cannot say enough great things about Willie and Jesus! Every time I come in for an oil change, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Not only do they get the job done efficiently, but they always check my tire pressure and make sure my vehicle is in great shape before I leave. What really sets them apart is their attitude. No matter what time of day it is, they greet every customer with kindness, professionalism, and genuine positivity. They always manage to brighten my morning and make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find people who consistently show up with such great energy and care for their customers. Their attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and positive attitudes are the reason we keep coming back. I went my girlfriend to get her oil change and the guys were flipping AWESOME!! Alfredo, Jonathan… so helpful, quick and actually had us laughing the whole time. Hands down the BEST Jiffy I’ve been to.

I went in for a basic oil change. And everywhere I went was either completely booked or by appointments only. And drove by this Jiffy Lube on Ramon rd in Cathedral city. And they were completely welcoming and polite. I had told them that I just recently moved back to the Coachella Valley 2 months ago. and i was shopping around for prices and availability. So Praise God they were both friendly, available, and very reasonable in price. And my first impression and experience was great and very professional towards me. This company definitely has a great team running this location. And what ever this company is paying them, is most definitely Not enough. They definitely deserve a raise. The hole team!! Great customer service!!

I have an older truck so I have to have oil ck every other month. Willie the manager very friendly and professional made me fill i was in good hands. Sal is the young man that serviced my truck. Very efficient. Thank you guys. I usually go to Date Palm store. Not no more. Ramon store is my place now.

First time at this location in Cathedral City on Ramon. Willie welcomed me, he was warm and very kind & professional, and helped settle me when I got ruffled over something I did not understand. Axel was very thorough in the diagnostics and pin pointing the actual problem and explaining in depth all while reviewing the diagnostic process & print outs with me. From my observation this location has very skilled professionals on site. I left feeling confident in the services I received!

Came here with our engine overheating the other day and the team at this location was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately our radiator had sprung a leak but these guys did everything they could to get us back on the road with the engine cooling properly, which bought us enough time to get the car back home safely. They even sent us on the road with extra coolant in case we needed to top it off along the way. Very grateful we pulled in here, these guys saved the day for sure!
