Alfredo prince was a great ! Got my car tires fixed and provided me information on my breaks I’ll be back. He was great. Thank you

Informative and efficient. Visiting and needed a quick oil change before traveling back to LA. Also had some AC issues and they were able to help me understand what was going on.

always helpful and really nice :)

I stopped at this location in hopes to just remove my skid plate that began to hang. The manager, Alfredo, not only had hard ware applied to resolve the issue but he cared for my well being (and others) on the road. Thank you for helping me get home safely, Jiffy Lube!

Have been coming o the cathedral city location for two years and it’s alway exceptional service as always. . Always done in less than 20min!

Very professional and friendly employees.

Came in for an oil change a few minutes before they open and they took me right away! Super fast and great customer service, thank you Alfredo and team!

OMG, I needed an oil change BADLY!!! I was 1,500 miles over! ?? (Don’t do what I did, okay?) I went in this morning before work, just hoping my car wouldn’t blow up or something. Sorry, I’m just a girl ???? I don’t start worrying about car stuff until the dashboard starts lighting up and twirling to my playlist. Anyway, I got there at 8:00 AM and was out with enough time to clock into work at 8:30! ?? The team was great ?? super helpful, friendly, and FAST. Definitely appreciate them for saving me and my poor neglected car this morning!

They were fast, professional and honest!

Extraordinary service, very quick and effective.

Great service and open on Sundays

Quick, friendly. Came in for oil change, was completed while I sat in my car. Slightly expensive but could be because my car uses full synthetic.

I come to the cathedral city location on Ramon for every oil change. They are always very friendly, patient, and efficient. If I have any questions they are always helpful. Today Alfredo Prince made the experience above and beyond, he is a great manager and leader for the location and company.

Excellent and quick service done today

Everyone at Jiffy Lube in Cathedral City did a great job

I was the first customer of the day. Alfredo greeted me kindly and got my car set up right away for an oil change and tire rotation. The whole process was quick and easy which is why I come here. They also let me know that my coolant was low and topped it off for $5. Thank you, Jiffy Lube and Alfredo for taking care of my car and, therefore, me and my family.

Fast and easy in and out!

Very polite

The service was impressively quick, and the staff was not only professional but also attentive and courteous throughout. They demonstrated real expertise and offered me a range of options without being pushy or overbearing. I was able to get multiple services done in a single visit, and I have to say, the waiting time was surprisingly short. Prices are reasonable too. I'm definitely making this my new go-to shop for car maintenance.

This store is great. On Ramon near between cathedral canyon and date palm. These guys know what they are doing and are problem solvers. In and out in ten minutes and no hard sales or BS pitches!! They will take good care of you.
