Jesse greeted me when I arrived and took the car. He was very polite and informed me about the air filter and the battery. Everyone there was nice and they did everything quickly and efficiently. I always go to this location and it’s always easy and quick

This was my first time at this location. My usual JL was out of the oil that I use and sent me here. I’m so glad they did. Jesse completed my oil change and found that a piece of my air intake was broken. Adriana quoted me a price to install the part and told me where I could order the parts online. A week later I returned with the part and they fixed my car in minutes. Total cost was less than half what my dealership charges just to look at my car. It’s so hard to find a shop that you truly trust and I found that here. Jesse probably saved me a costly repair down the road. Thank you Jesse and Adriana!

I’ve been coming to the Jiffy Lube on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City for a while now, and it’s definitely worth the drive from Palm Desert. While the Palm Desert location is great for quick oil changes, this Cathedral City shop goes above and beyond with more extensive services. Adrianna and Rafael are consistently helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Rafael, in particular, clearly has years of experience with the company, and it shows in the quality of his work. He recently handled installing new Duralast rotors and brake pads on my car—something not all locations offer—which was a huge plus. The service here is always friendly and professional, and the pricing is fair, especially compared to dealership rates. Overall, I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve come in. Fingers crossed it stays that way, but so far, highly recommended!

Adri and her team have been a tremendous help and money saver this past year. My lady and I take our cars here to the Date Palm location because we know we’ll get professional service that’s really done in a jiffy, plus we’re always greeted with big smiles, which always feels good. Adri also checked my lady’s shocks last year, realized they were worn and offered to replace them for a charge lower than any shop I’ve been to. I thought with that price, it would probably be an ok job but it wasn’t, it was done efficiently and effectively. This place is no joke, they are highly skilled mechanics that treat you like family, making sure your car is safe to drive. Thank you Adri and team. Definitely recommend!!!
