Excellent staff. Professional business atmosphere. Consistent product. Knowledgeable and always has an answer to any vehicle question I have. Great job on seeing the back up light out.

Fast friendly service

I’ve been using this Jiffy Lube for years for oil changes and servicing my vehicles while I was in business now that I’m retired. I’m still receiving exceptional service.

The staff here were kind, efficient and accommodating to customers.

Very good service, and friendly. Had transmission flush ,crank case , front differential, oil change and radiator flush.

I'm always happy with the service I get here, and I really appreciate the extras like window washing, interior vacuuming, washer fluid refill, and tire pressure check.

Always phenomenal service; I don’t go anywhere else!

Super quick service, everyone was kind and courteous. They didn't do a hard upsell, which is always appreciated.

Such a quick experience with very kind employees! Was greeted genuinely and provided good information with no pressure to buy add-ons. In and out painlessly! Thanks Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame!

Quick & easy oil changes with awesome customer service!

Excellent fast service, especially important with kids in the car. Very professional!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, did a good job fast.

They were quick and efficient

Always fast and efficient with a caring staff

Fast and courteous

Great service thank you

These guys were great and the price is affordable. I know the dealership is expensive but it was 3 times less than what I was quoted at the dealership. Not only that, it took them less than an hour to do it all. It was actually quite impressive because there was 4 different locations of fluid changes.

I only go there for my oil change. Pricing is great and the staff is always willing to help. Keep up the great work

Great experience! I called ahead about getting my windshield wipers replaced and they were super friendly and helpful on the phone. The service was really fast, everyone was nice, and my new wipers work great. Definitely recommend!

You guys are the best of all the jiffys I've been to.

Always great service. Nice lobby and comfortable waiting. Love the free return anytime for oil top off and quick inspections.

Jiffy Lube was so quick, efficient, and helpful! The employees were communicative and kind. I'm visiting from out of town, or this would be my new go-to spot!

Super quick service even though they had other customers.

Great services. Very friendly

Top Notch customer service and a free vacuum of my car. Found a coupon also on Jiffy Lube for $15 off it's good till September 15th 2026. What I liked about it best was their honesty I didn't know whether to replace two filters and I was told honestly I could go quite a while longer. Well that was really impressive. This is my go-to from now on.

I really love this place been going here for a while. I go out of my way to go to this Jiffy Lube, quick efficient and kind.

Jiffy Lube on Notre Dame Blvd in Chico CA has helped me for many years with detailed auto system check ups! During an oil change, they have discovered and remedied several other issues. Everyone is great, from greetings to payment. The wait time has always been minimal. I'm a fan and highly recommend them!

Very nice staff. At the end I was asked if they could do anything else for me and I told them I'd like my brakes checked because there's a grinding sound. They checked them for me when I think usually it takes an appointment which I'm very grateful for. Nice place ??

The staff is always friendly and professional.

Quick work and didn’t feel pressured to pay for anything extra. Great stuff.

Unreal how courteous and efficient the Jiffy Lube team are. In and out in 10 minutes. Best service in town!

Great experience with jiffy lube, Notre Dame location. Bryan and his crew did a great job. He even went above and beyond and gave me information about my check engine light code. I will be bringing all my vehicles there.

My oil change took 25 minutes! Friendly, professional and efficient. All fluids and filters checked and reasonable recommendations. 3rd time, consistent results. ??

Love the skyway location! Have never waited longer than 40 minutes, never pushy about services and just friendly good clean service. I appreciate it always being easy.

Excellent service, very fast for something, they are the best.

Very quick and professional service

My husband and I always come here for oil changes, filter checks, and transmission fluid service. Brian the owner is very conscientious and professional. His employees are knowledgeable and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Fast & great oil change service

Always get in out quickly. They explain what needs to be done and let me decide what I want to do

Great service and in and out quick

Quick, friendly and efficient.

I’ve been going here for a few years, the service is always quick, and clean.

This Jiffy Lube is the only place I go! Quick and efficient, will show you your filters and no pressure if you choose not to replace. And you get a vacuum and you front window washed! Best place in Chico for an oil change!
