I had an amazing experience! The staff was polite, professional, and very quick. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into buying any extra services or products. Honest, efficient service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

In and out in a jiffy, no upsells, great service, hot me to an even lower price than advertised. Couldn't be happier.

Professional

Drove into the parking lot and was next in line near an open bay. within a couple minutes they were pulling my car in and started working on it. Within 5 minutes they were giving me an estimate. Turns out my mud pan was zipptied in place. It took them a few extra minutes to reattach my mud pan and they didn't even charge me extra. In fact the final charge was less then my estimate. I was very happy with the service. I am going back.

This location is always so kind and efficient. They never try to pressure me into anything additional, they provide information for what might need replacing and I am able to make an informed decision and they are always pleasant. My last trip, granted there I was there bright and early, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Plus I had a coupon to use which is always great to save some money!

I have been using the jiffy lube in Chico on Notre Dame for years. Bryan and the crew do a great job. We trust them with 8 of our vehicles and have always been very satisfied. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for probably over a decade; back when they had the Dot Matrix printer!! As with all things, their technology has advanced with the times, but their service is just as good as it was over a decade ago. Quick, reliable, professional.

These guys the best place to get your oil changed. They are courteous, efficient, informative , and trustworthy. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t want. They get the job done. It’s where I always take my car for any fluid changes. They are the best.

Very fast and convenient. I waited in my car and ate my lunch while getting an oil change. Roughly about 15 min or less to do an oil change. I went around 1:20pm and there was no line. Price is very reasonable they also check other things like coolant, air pressure and they clean your windshield if you wish.
