Great experience with jiffy lube, Notre Dame location. Bryan and his crew did a great job. He even went above and beyond and gave me information about my check engine light code. I will be bringing all my vehicles there.

My oil change took 25 minutes! Friendly, professional and efficient. All fluids and filters checked and reasonable recommendations. 3rd time, consistent results. ??

This Jiffy Lube is the only place I go! Quick and efficient, will show you your filters and no pressure if you choose not to replace. And you get a vacuum and you front window washed! Best place in Chico for an oil change!

This is the jiffy lube that my work uses for their fleet vehicles and I typically change my own oil in my personal vehicle but I was busy last week and decided to go here because everytime I take my work truck to get serviced, the guys are always super nice and I never have to wait super long and they are very helpful.

I trust these guys with my fleet trucks. That take care of them all with no problems very little down time and I don't have to worry that the services have'nt been done right.

Once I found the way to get into the shop, the work was outstanding very very professional. I’d recommend it to anybody………….oil change and .filter.

Excellent service! Got a full synthetic oil change and everyone was so friendly and nice. They changed my air filter too and vacuumed my floors and did my window. They are awesome! I will definitely be coming back.

Drove to the Chico Jiffy Lube location, because red bluff said they were short staffed and over an hour wait with only 3 employees. Went to Chico, and was out within 10 minutes

They are nice, fast, knowledgeable of what what they are doing, and trustworthy people ?? They check the car and tell you what is needed to be changed, and if the components are good and not needed to get changed, they will tell you that without trying to sell you unnecessary things. Their honesty and trustworthiness is what makes me happy when I go there ??

My husband brought my Jeep in for a quick oil change and we recently had a check engine light come on. They were nice enough to plug in the reader and found that it was just a gas cap issue. SOOOO HAPPY for the wonderful news and not having to go to a mechanic to find out something so simple and also pay hundreds of dollars! ?? ??

This Jiffy Lube location has always been legit for me. I normally go to the Jiffy Lube shop on either Notre Dame Blvd or Mangrove Ave, both have been similar experiences over the years. Price is a bit higher than other places but I feel it's worth it. They offer extra services which is nice when you're wanting to get a little extra something taken care of and just don't want to worry about it. They're not super pushy about up selling services which I appreciate. Getting in and out is normally pretty quick, even when they're super busy. I just have never had any issuses whatsoever at this establishment. Normally when I'm getting an oil change, I'm doing like 4 other maintenance related things at the same time and the less time/hassle I have to deal with, all the better. They haven't let me down yet in the last 10 or so years I've been going to them.
