The team was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Gave me updates on timing and there was no pressure. Best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Took a little longer since I did the coolant flush and radiator maintenance

They were quick, did a good job, didn’t try to up-sell me much and they even vacuumed the floor boards. Only thing was they charged me $5 to top of my fluids and some of the other places in town will do that for free. It’s only $5 so whatever ?????

I was greeted upon arrival. As a repeat customer, the check in process was easy. They asked me what service I wanted, then inspected my vehicle and told me the things I could do or add onto the service. I chose what I wanted. They didn't hardsell anything I declined. The service was so quick I was actually surprised. I won't go anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly and speedy! Got my oil change within 20 minutes. Price was great as well.

I am always treated well at this place. I’ve been coming here for easily 20 years and even as the guys rotate, each person I encounter is respectful and very kind. I never feel pressed to make a decision but I am offered additional services that are well described to me.

I always enjoy my local jiffy lube! I've been coming here for years. I appreciate how they don't push and try to sell me on things they just do what I ask.

Been getting my oil changed here for last 2-3 years there prices have gone up but there quality of care is one of the best in Chico so you still get your moneys worth.

Guys are great, cleaned all the oil off so no drips on the driveway. Wish they would do boat outboard engine oil change, I be there tomorrow again.

I took my car in 4 minutes before I had a conference call. The guys were great getting me in quickly so I could go on my call. Instead of coming up to me and talking while I was on my conference call they simply waved at me to get my attention so I could push the mute button. They were very quick, polite, respectful and friendly. A+++++

These people are awesome. They vacuum the front floors and wash the windshield. Wittmier doesn't do shit but maybe change the oil. Kudos to jiffy lube Chico! Daniel

Efficient..pleasant

They were very fast and efficient. The technician did leave some oil fingerprints on my inside door. On a plus side he did a quick vacuum of my mats. Only question I have is I paid for the 7,000 miles oil change but my car says 5,000. It didn't get reset right.

Consistently good service

I find it rarer these days to find great service but these guys were awesome. Super friendly, helpful, efficient and reasonable. I was impressed and will be back again
