I took my 2017 Ford S.U.V. in for a charging system problem. The auto tech. Diagnosed a faulty alternator. The alternator was removed and replaced in a professional and timely manner! Thanks, Victor and the auto tech.! Well Done.! ??

A minor issue arose while having my car serviced at the Chino location. I was able to speak with the Manager, Jason, regarding my concern. After explaining the issue to the District Manager, James, they were able to resolve the issue quickly. They both made me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciated the way both Jason & James made me feel that they really cared. This situation showed me that I can trust Jiffy Lube to give great customer service. Impeccable service. The only comment I would have had would be about the time expectation. The initial time was quoted was 20-30 minutes but ended up being more than an hour. Gotta hand it to the guys there though as they were literally running to get their job done.
