A minor issue arose while having my car serviced at the Chino location. I was able to speak with the Manager, Jason, regarding my concern. After explaining the issue to the District Manager, James, they were able to resolve the issue quickly. They both made me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciated the way both Jason & James made me feel that they really cared. This situation showed me that I can trust Jiffy Lube to give great customer service. Great customer service, oil change in 20 mins, they checked tires and battery for free and they have 2 free times add oil before 5000 miles, Victor the supervisor that helped me out was so professional and chill. Definitely will go again

Impeccable service. The only comment I would have had would be about the time expectation. The initial time was quoted was 20-30 minutes but ended up being more than an hour. Gotta hand it to the guys there though as they were literally running to get their job done.

Checked in this weekend to get our two front tires replaced and was so impressed by the quality of Jefe Victor's Hustle! Vic was so fast, efficient, and thoroughly effective in welcoming us into the Jiffy Lube Brand and showing us all the amazing benefits of buying tires from their location. It was my first time buying tires since my Dad and Brother passed away and the whole process was stressful and terrifying to me being a tired Mom Sitter on a tight budget. Vic was so helpful in explaining to me the different options I had to choose from depending on how much money I had to spend, he printed out two options for me with different warranty coverages to help me make a fast and easy well informed decision. I needed my tires replaced in an urgent time frame and Vic was so accomadating in helping Mom and I order tires right away and was able to install them immediately the following day! I definitely recommend the Chino Jiffy Lube Location, the vibe is very organized, focused, and passionately professional when it comes to quality Customer Service! They have a beautiful and relaxing waiting lobby with complementary coffee and a rainbow of different creamers, a big screen high definition TV to decompress while waiting for our vehicles to be serviced, and comfortable clean seats to help us rest luxuriously. Vic and his Manager Jay communicate very well and have their Computers and Printers working fast with fresh clean paper and quality ink to print out clear and crisp communication aids, and their commitment to stacking up a Montana of Five Star Google Reviews shows how proud they are of maintaining a trustworthy and Gold Standard Reputation! After getting an oil change service quote from the local Audi dealership, it became apparent that I should look for an alternative to dealership pricing for an oil service. Like most or all German car manufacturers, the synthetic oil formulation is different than other car manufacturers. Jiffy Lube had the correct synthetic oil specific for my car. At a much better price point. And staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!
