Let me start off by saying that after moving to Folsom, CA, needing to find a place to get my oil changed was a little challenging. You read reviews, and you never really know whether you’re making a good or bad decision by going to a place that has some negative reviews. I’m here to tell you that I had a VERY good experience today at this Jiffy Lube. As I sat waiting for my car to drive into the bay, different employees came over at various times to let me know what the wait time was looking like. The shop manager also came over and told me that the wait time was about 14 to 15 minutes per car. Since there were three cars in front of us, I figured it would be around 40 to 45 minutes, just as the shop manager had estimated. Brynna (I think that’s how it’s spelled) came over when it was our turn and guided us into the bay. Once we got in, we communicated about what needed to be replaced and what they were offering as recommended items that should be monitored for our vehicle. Let me tell you, from beginning to end, my experience at this place was absolutely wonderful. After letting Brynna know about my Battery that needs to be replaced by Interstate Batteries since its under warranty she offered to have me come to the shop and have it looked at and so this way they could get a reading for me that I could take to Interstate. I Thanked her for her offering but advised that the wife works really early and that it would be difficult for us to come that early in the morning. I had my oil changed, my oil filter changed, my Antifreeze was topped up and my Windshield Washer fluid was topped up as well. I was able to find a $33 coupon online and so the value for the oil change was very worth it. So thankful that I have a great place I can rely on the next time I need my Oil Changed. Thanks Jiffy Lube for being there for someone who was WAY past due on his Oil Change.

First time at this Citrus Heights location. Just moved back to Calif from Salt Lake City. Excellent experience - I'm 71 and female. I used the Sugarhouse Jiffy Lube for years in SLC, so I was hopeful this one was good too - it's great, if not better! I will be using this location permanently. They also cleaned my windshield inside and out - huge bonus!

The team at the Citrus Heights Jiffy Lube is phenomenal. I came in for a simple oil change and left genuinely impressed. Everyone was friendly, fast, and clearly knew what they were doing. They didn’t try to upsell me on random things — instead, they pointed out that my engine had been burning a bit of oil and recommended an additive to help reduce it. Smart, practical advice that actually made sense. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s both efficient and honest, but this crew nailed it. I felt taken care of, respected, and confident driving away. If you want a shop that treats you right and keeps your car running smoothly, this is the place.

Carter was really profesional and friendly while signing me in and listening to what I needed. I was very impressed. Did not feel rushed. 1st time at this location and I will definitely go back.

I arrived at 2:55 PM on a Sunday not realizing they closed at 3 PM. They happily waved me into Bay one and proceeded to change my oil. I was in and out by 3:07 PM. I’m very grateful for them making a generous exception to service my truck, as I didn’t have any other days where I could get this done.

Got a coolant flush on an older vehicle that had sat for a while so wasn't truly expecting to be a perfect job. They flushed it out twice from what I was able to see, original coolant looked like mud. New coolant has some debris in it still but has good color and flow and not mud. I'm very satisfied and it's half the price than any other shop.

I’ve been going to Juffy Lube in Citrus Heights for 24 years. I started when I bought a new car. I wanted to make sure I treated the car well. I still have it and it runs like it’s still new. I believe it’s because I followed JL advice by changing the oil when they recommended. I love their little windshield sticker reminder. Always great people and service. And, they generously offer a military discount.

10/10 trust is the key. Very professional- confident environment. Stopped in for some coolant and left with the knowledge of a pressurized cooling system. In fact I was not low, the system rises and lowers. Thanks guys.

The staff was professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. The lounge was clean and spacious.

The two gentlemen that assisted me were friendly, professional and had great customer service. I thought my service would take a while so I brought my homework with me but they got me in and out even with how busy they were.

I didnt have an appt. And got right in and was out in less than an hour. Friendly and very polite.
