I always get good and quick service at Jiffy Lube. They are efficient. I drive a LOT so get oil changed about every 3,000 +/- miles. Coupons are nice too : ))

Everyone worked together efficiently and effectively. Sade and her team helped me today. All the employees displayed great customer service and made sure to communicate all the maintenence performed, including the cost. Would recommend!

If you need your oil changed quickly and you don’t want to worry that just because it’s down quickly that it won’t be done right, this is the place to go!!! The staff was super friendly, hard working, honest and explained in detail what else needed to be done for my car. Great service, great communication skills and I will definitely be visiting this location again!!!

Very good all around

I'm a first time customer and I greatly enjoyed my experience. They were quick and efficient and were super nice! The young man that was working opened all the doors for me and was super nice. I greatly appreciated there were women working here and were super friendly- that really goes a long way! Thank you Jiffy Lube on Clayton Rd, I'll def be back!

I’ve been going here for a few years now . Everyone is always very professional and kind.

Excellent service, fast and thorough. A bit pricey, but the added multi-point inspection besides a simple oil change justifies the cost. Their inspection gives me an extra layer of confidence that my car will perform well.

Absolutely great and very knowledgable stuff. The work has been done very efficiently.

They are always friendly and fast. I'm glad to see women that are service techs too.

Very fast great team of people

Staff was very friendly and personable. Found this to be a much better experience than the Concord Ave Jiffy Lube. Pulled my air filters out to show me how dirty they were instead of just telling me, and suggested I replace one but could wait on the other instead of just pushing both. Gave me a discounted price when I opted to do both anyway. Only reason it’s not 5 star is because it took longer than they told me it would. Wasn’t an unreasonable wait and still better than the Concord Ave times, but not the 10 minutes they told me. Will return.
