Watching U Tube about how Japanese techs take 20 - 30 minutes to drain ALL the old oil out. Also the new oil filter is 75% filled with new oil before it is installed. This reduces the risk of metal on metal before the filter is completely filled. Can Jiffy Lube perform this type of oil change on my next oil change? I do have a. Japanese car!

My initial connection was with George I will like to compliment him for his professionalism and for his positive attitude. Very welcoming over the phone, hence in person once I brought my car in for an oil change. Furthermore the gentleman who worked on my car was very polite when turning over my car.

George (manager) was the consummate professional when taking my call. Everything he explained was transparent and convenient all at once. David was also courteous and professional.

I was surprised I got there. The guy greeted me. He pulled in my car. He met me and say we discussed everything. I gave him my coupon and we discussed the last oil change, and everything went really quick. Then they offered me the car wash, which was very impressive. Thank you very much.

I have a Fleet truck that hasn’t ever been serviced at a Jiffy Lube before. They had all the details set up with my fleet service company in a matter of minutes. Oil changed and back on the road in about 20 minutes. Great Job!

The facility was short on staff but finished in good time.

Great team. They were short handed but still managed to take care of my car in less than 30 minutes, even with a few cars ahead of me. All that with smiles and great attitudes.
