Fast reliable service, quick easy oil change, no issues highly recommend it, I brought my own oil and filter since I prefer restore and protect Valvoline oil, but I would recommend their full oil service for any car that doesn't require high mileage oil like my car does Check jiffy lube out if you're in need of oil or any other service they'll do right by you and your baby/vehicle ????

Man, went to jiffy lube for a check engine light. The gentleman helping me noticed the problem right away (- worn out gas cap) he instructed me how to fix it in the most saving money way possible. Took care of that right away. I was in and out of there right away. Great service! The Manager David is an expert in his profession and made sure I received the best service possible. Definitely worth it and definitely going back. Thank you.

I get an oil change and tires rotation done here all the time. They have a great working team here. They're very friendly and professional. Thank you for doing a great job. I highly recommend this Location.

This is my go-to spot. When I visited last time, I was told they were busy and there would be a wait because they were short staffed . The worker suggested I may want to return later. I asked how long the wait time would be and they said 30 minutes, which is a normal wait time in my experience Strangely there were no other customers and I was the only one in the waiting room. There were two people working that I had counted and no other cars in the other bays. My car was serviced in 30 minutes or slightly less time. No complaints about the visit besides getting the impression the worker would rather I return on a later day. However both workers were pleasant, professional, and polite.

When something unforseen goes wrong, and instead of making excuses, Jiffy Lube dove in to resolve the issue. A fuse was apparently dislodge causing sensors and locking mechanisms to not work. Communication was key, responsibility was never denied and the buck was never passed. They restored my faith in the human race. Thank you to Dave, John and Leo in Pomona and to Frank and crew in Covina. What could have been a nightmare was resolved with the utmost professionalism.

Excellent customer service! Great shoutout to the store manager Frank. I had purchased a Jiffy Lube gift card from Costco down the street to use for a simple oil change. Upon using the gift card for the first time, the machine was not accepting the card for some reason (even after restarting the machine). I contacted Jiffy Lube’s customer service and was basically told that there was not much the center could do beyond having the store input the card directly. Frank helped me input the card number and again the machine was not accepting the card. After looking at my situation and predicament I was in, Frank simply offered me the oil change on the house. Outstanding customer service and I certainly will be servicing this Jiffy Lube location for all future oil changes. ***nothing on this store’s fault, but highly disappointed in the gift card situation from Jiffy Lube & Costco to force the customer to act as a liaison between both the admin center & store. Still not resolved as of the typing of this review.
