Went for a full synthetic oil change and engine coolant replacement. Cost ended up ~$250 total, not the cheapest but not too bad. They were very quick and friendly, and I appreciate that David (the rep who helped me out) ran through the service recommendations in detail but without being overly pushy about making a sale. Great service overall :)

When we arrived, someone came out to meet us promptly, without we look for the service window. Prices are in the ballpark comparable to Costco and they do stock our tires. What I like most is that they list who did what in our receipt. (There were five people involved, since we also asked for oil and lube)

These guys know me and my car. They give me the recommendations that fit my values (in my case, maintenance). They even gave me a discount when I forgot to bring my post card because they knew that I always brought one with me. I appreciate the benefit of the doubt.
