I'm so happy I took that route home today! I saw a banner that said I needed an oil change, so I turned around to ask about the service. The guys there were really nice and answered all my questions. I was a bit anxious because I'm a woman, and sometimes people try to take advantage of female customers. I was able to sit in my car while they worked on it, which was nice. The kids and I weren’t dressed up at all, but overall, it was worth it just like they advertise on TV: you sit, get your oil changed, and then drive off while they take care of the payment first.

My go to place. Everyone is so nice and professional.

My experience at Jiffy Lube on Lakewood in Downey was a very pleasant experience. The Service Representative was very helpful.

Jeffs lube oil change provided excellent service at a great value . The staff was friendly professional and got the job done quickly . I appreciate their honesty and quality work . I highly recommend jeffs oil change to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable service.

Sure, they got the oil changed quickly, but the customer service here is severely lacking. The staff made the whole process feel very unwelcoming

I’ve been looking for a place with expertise and fast service finally found it. I have to drive a distance from where I live But it’s worth the drive. They have coffee and most important they have mechanics that can do a wide range of services needed. All in one spot. Friendly staff from the management to the cashier. I’ll be bringing all my cars here from now on I used to go to one closest to my address but they ar ex limited on what they can service this location on imperial and Lakewood does it all Thank you
