Tues. Sept. 22nd, I went to Jiffy Lube on 2nd st. In El Cajon. Dropped off my truck ate lunch and I came back and it was done. The service at the store is outstanding. They put in a new thermostat and housing in my truck. Plus, touched up my headlights because they were all foggy. The mechanic even took my truck for a ride to make sure that everything was good and then came with me while I drove. These guys really work as a team. They are quick, organized, efficient, professional, and make sure the customer clearly understands everything that needs to be done and that has been done. Sean, Aaron, McGill and Robert, once again, thank you for doing a great job!

????? I can’t thank Robert Rios and his team enough! I came in with an oil leak and no idea where it was coming from. They found the problem, got it fixed, and took great care of me—all at the best price. Car repairs can be stressful, so finding a team you feel comfortable with makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Robert and his crew to anyone looking for great service at a fair price!

Second time at jiffy lube and it was a great experience with Anna, Jesus, Samuel, Steven and Jonathan. They didn’t push for extra services and were helpful with all the questions I had.

James was amazing. Super fast got me in and out! Came right before closing and he was so happy and polite gentlemen offered to order me tires because one of my tires was bad. I will definitely return to this location because of the Great service they offer.

This team totally put my mind at ease about my trip from AZ. I needed my oil changed, but my air conditioning was not working efficiently in the heat of Yuma, AZ. I limped into El Cajon, and they took care of everything. They voice commands to each other and function as an excellent team. Their suggestion to change my cabin air filter totally fixed my air conditioning. They also completed the job quickly and got me on the road. Now everything is fixed, and I do not need to make a trip to the dealership, which is both expensive and time-consuming. Thanks El Cajon Jiffy Lube to your wonderful team!

Anna, Selteven, and Johnathan were fantastic. I went in for an oil change and I was in and out in 20 mins! Anna let me know a few other maintenance items the mechanics recommended based on milage and didn't push when I said I'd come back.

I’ve had great experiences at this Jiffy Lube every time I’ve come in. Today, Jesus specifically was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He made the whole experience easy and was great to work with. I really appreciated the customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

Had a great experience working with James at Jiffy Lube. He did an amazing job helping us service the diesel trucks in our Solid Plumbing & Drains fleet. James was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Managing a work fleet means we need our trucks serviced correctly and back on the road as quickly as possible, and James made the whole process easy. Great customer service and solid communication throughout. We’ll definitely continue bringing our fleet vehicles here for service. Highly recommend James and the team!

The general manager, James, handled my oil change perfectly. He offered his recommendations, and I told him I didn’t want anything extra, just a base oil change. James did not keep trying to pressure me to buy stuff I didn’t want, like other locations do, and I respect him for that. More staff need to follow after him. The pushing and upselling has driven me to other service providers in the past. I would, however, come here again.

James was the reason this visit went so smoothly. He was with another customer when I arrived, but he checked in with me right away and set a clear expectation on timing, courteous and professional from the start. I didn't wait long before he was working on my car, and he kept me informed every step of the way, asking for my approval before doing anything. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go. The lobby and bathroom were spotless, and there were several outlets where I could charge my phone while I waited. Without a doubt, this is my go-to shop now. I highly recommend them, and ask for James.
