Oil change was quick, efficient, and service was excellent. Jesus represented Jiffy Lube well. I came with a Jiffy Lube corporate coupon that the local franchise did not accept but Jesus found a local coupon to apply to my bill.

Gerard is a great guy along with everybody else very helpful and fast workers would highly recommend getting service done here

Good and fast fix

We got oil changes for our Jeep and our Mercedes Roadster at same visit, the supervisor whose name started w "G" (Gerard?) was very outgoing and excited to help us and excited for us to be getting oil changes in prep for a long road trip to our new residence out of state. His enthusiasm made time speed through for the wait and we appreciated his vibe.

All of the staff was very friendly and supportive while doing my oil change. Everything was done and in 23 min. Faster than I had expected. They trippled checked that everything was done right. I highly recommend them. I'll be definitely coming back again so that they can service my car

Great service and very funny which is awesome!

I came in for an oil change and a brake light replacement. One of the lights was really stuck, but the mechanic took the time to try multiple approaches and eventually got it out. Miguel did a great job problem-solving so I didn’t have to go somewhere else. The whole team was great. I really appreciate the effort and help!

Gerard is amazing. always on top of things and noticing minor details that others don’t even while multi-tasking. Mission Village Auto was trying to deeply take advantage of me months back and pretended as if I needed a whole new catalytic converter when Gerard was honest enough to point out it just needed some sensors replaced. so now even though I live miles away, I will always come back to this location. They know what they’re doing and treat me right. Honestly is Greatly appreciated.

Went beyond their service literally!! The environment was super friendly and attentive to the customer’s needs.

Went in for an oil change the service was quick and professional. Kevin is the one who helped me and he educated me on the best oil for my car and he gave his recommendations when he noticed some other issues with my vehicles. No pressure for additional services just educated and recommended so I am aware. He was honest and friendly. I will be coming back in the future.

This was my first time at this location and let me tell you from the moment I pulled up everyone were busy and had a purpose. The communication was top notch. From letting the other guys know when cars were moving, starting and to the air pressure in my tires. They filled my washer reservoir, cleaned my windshield too. From beginning to when I left all the 3 young gentlemen were professional and very helpful! Thank you again!

Friendly, professional, & efficient. Pulled in at 1:33 PM and was outta there well before 2. Now, there was no one being served ahead of me (unusual) but 20 min start to finish. Love it. I've been a customer of JL for many years mostly because I receive this kind of service at every store. They got it down. Thanks Team
