All the mechanics are extremely kind, quick, and helpful.

The El Dorado Hills Jiffy Lube is definitely and always has been very professional. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and they get you in and out fairly quickly.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Quick and friendly staff that go way out of their way. Thank you!!

You can tell they work well together as a team, which made the whole experience smooth and professional. I really appreciated the attention and care they gave while helping me out.

I live in Illinois. On a previous trip, my vehicle needed service, so I looked for a nearby service center and came to this location for the first time. The service I received back then was excellent, and I had planned to return whenever I had the chance. Today, while traveling from Illinois to Oregon, even though I was quite far out of my way, I made a special effort to stop and have my vehicle serviced here again. I was very impressed by the team—they are truly skilled, friendly, collaborative, and professional. Thank you for the excellent service! The quality was outstanding, and I will definitely plan to return to this location in the future. I really appreciated Austin’s professionalism and skill.

This is my second time using Jiffy Lube in town center. The reason I returned is because of the exceptional service I received the first time. Today Austin and Johnny went above and beyond as usual, they are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.

Went for an oil change and the service was great, staff was very attentive.

I love Jiffy Lube! The Representative took his time and explained all of the findings of their investigation of my car! My tire light had been on for quite a while, but it was the spare which seems to happen every year when the temp drops outside. I was very pleased with his attention to all of the details which needed replacement. I-had observed some things which needed replacement and they caught them all! Thank you Jiffy Lube!!!!

This was, hands-down, the best oil change experience I’ve had in a long time. Even comparing this Jiffy Lube to others that I use, there was a night and day difference in my experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store to people I know.

Super quick service, and friendly staff. Didn’t feel stuffy like most automotive places are. They automatically check everything to make sure your car is running correctly and then go over the status of certain things with you. I also appreciate them having an oil change coupon. Definitely recommend.
