Old school professionalism!! Jiffy Lube of Eldorado Hills is where I have my oil changed in my work van every time. Their ALWAYS very professional and courteous. They check and refill everything that needs to be checked in my work van so I don’t have to stress over the basic maintenance that needs to be done which holds allot of value to me because it’s one less thing for me to stress over. Thanks guys

In and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff very professional.

They were prompt and let me know how long it would take. They checked everything and got me on my way. Waiting area was clean and tidy. I went in partial because my low oil light came on, but they said my level was fine so I’m not sure about that.

I came in specifically to get my vehicle inspected for Uber and Lyft, and the team at this El Dorado Hills Jiffy Lube made the whole process so smooth. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they clearly knew exactly what was required and walked me through everything step by step. They were thorough, efficient, and genuinely friendly the whole time no confusion, no delays, just a clean and professional inspection. They made sure I had everything I needed to get on the road and start driving. For something that could’ve been stressful, it honestly felt effortless. If you’re a rideshare driver in the area looking to get your inspection done without the runaround, this is your spot. These folks know what they’re doing and they treat you like a real person. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! From the start very accurate with waiting time for service. After the oil change they discussed each item them went over including topping off any fluids, tire pressure etc. they then left the hood up and asked if I would like to see the oil level. Also, no charge, they did a visual on my cooling system for any leaks or wear. I will bring my business through their doors from now on. Thank you, gentlemen
