Very helpful! I needed to change filters, but I didn’t have enough and he helped me to find coupons so that I can do both things have the oil change and the filter changed. He took time and he was very helpful.

This location on Klagge Court always provides great customer service.

FR-S needed an oil change and air filter replacement.

I went about 30 minutes after they opened and there were a few cars ahead of me. The team did GREAT with letting me know of the wait time and communicated frequently to let me know what the completed and got me out in good time even with being short staffed at that moment.

I usually have the repair shop next to my work change the motor oil for me. But I don't want to drive all the way to my previous work after my retirement. Jiffy Lube is the service shop I used before and my daughter used their services all the time and gave me a coupon. So I decided to have my oil change there. A young gentleman approached my car and gave me a warm greeting as soon as I stopped. He let me know they had one car in front of me and asked me to make sure I was okay to wait for 5 minutes. I told him no problem. I took a few pictures of the facility when I was waiting in my car for my Google review. The own/manager come to confirm that I am not taking pictures of their employees because of privacy concerns. I told him I only take pictures of the facility. It is nice that they have a good policy to protect their workers. The service was done quickly without skipping any inspection. They found a few more minor things to bring to my attention. It only took them a little extra time to take care of the additional things my car needed. The workers are polite and knowledgeable. The jobs are done fast and do not skip the details. I liked my service experience at this Jiffy Lube location.
