The service was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and informative.

Went on a Saturday at 10:30am. No wait. Very fast. Thorough check on the vehicle with good recommendations. You can find a coupon to save some $. I've been multiple times and find it's the best one around.

I've always gotten my oil changes at the dealership. I took a chance at 5pm down the street. I pulled up and they were quick,nice, and even tightened my loose battery. I had a coupon I found online a d it was only $85. $100 cheaper than Toyota, and 6 hours quicker! The guys were great and I know us Moms need a place we can trust it's important especially in the automotive repair rhelm. It was a very positive experience.

These guys are on it. Pulled up & they helped me rite away. Didn't have to wait long. My car broke down and the oil light stayed on. They even came out to check to see if it was due to the recent oil change. (It had nothing to do with the service) Super great guys.

These guys really take care of you, and if you have concerns just ask them and they will give you advice on what you need. Its one of the few jiffy lubes I appreciate the employees who work there.

A+++ service! I was having a bad day and these guys’ friendly service and exceptional professionalism made it that much better. I was between appointments and let the tech, Shelby, know that. He assured me we’d be done on time, and delivered while still being thorough and communicative. The younger tech Stefan stepped out of his way to hold the door to the office open for me. They communicated each step, gave me a choice on every item, and did not pressure me into anything I didn’t want done. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube on San Juan.

Everyone was very professional and the great thing is we pulled right up and our vehicle was serviced immediately NO LINE!! Get on the mailing list and they send you reminders when it’s time to come in and they even send you coupons, I saved $27.00 on my service today!

Fast clean and efficient great experience overall plus a great neighborhood location!
