Quick, friendly, efficient and great service.

It was not a busy day, my car was done quickly. They did few inspections and they discussed all of it to me. I learned more about my car more than before because of it. They happily answered all my questions which is the best part. Will be coming back here again. Satisfied customer.

Fast and friendly service

Excellent service, excellent customer service. Bryan and the team at this location are phenomenal. I needed a certain type of oil for my VW and they were able to order it for me, called me when the oil arrived and had me in and out in no time. I received an oil change, air filter change and they also put air in my tires and check the other fluids. The location is neat and clean inside and out and all service members were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Jiffy Lube is my "go to place" for an oil change. Their prices are affordable and they always have coupons to further lower your price. The service is excellent and they explain everything step-by-step of your services.

I found out I had a flat tire after I got off work today. My insurance company (Geico they suck) said I didn't have any roadside assistance ( even tho I do ) so I was STUCK!!! I walked across the street to see if these guys could help. Everyone was so nice and they went above and beyond to help me!! I am so greatful for these guys!! Thank you so much to the guys at Jiffy lube in Fairfield, your kindness was very much appreciated!!!! You guys get 10 ?s from me. I will definitely be going back.

They all went above and beyond. Super professional top flight experience location is well ran.

The guys did a great job! Above and beyond, even told me I was missing some bolts on my skid plate and I just had to buy some and bring my car back for them to put on for me.

From management down to the staff everything about this specific Jiffy Lube was exceptional. My oil change was cheaper than expected and the customer service was excellent!!!

Fast and efficient. Love how they take u out and show you the oil level and how clean new oil is. Of course newer bmws and cars without dipsticks won't be an option.
