Came for oil & lube. No line. Pitched for other services & refused them all. Used a $15 off coupon to reduce invoice to $54.14. Job was finished in 10-15 minutes. Satisfied.

I know jiffy lube is not always the go-to. They've got a few bad stories tied to the brand, but, where good techs are you will find a good jiffy lube. I started trusting the brand a bit, after my brother was employed at one a few years back. This local sierra lakes JL, is my go-to when I'm too lazy. I don't trust the Honda Stealership, especially because they let the young punks joyride in my car. These guys are thorough, understanding, and do a prompt & clean oil service every time! Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

I came back here because the people here are so kind and helpful. I have anxiety so I greatly appreciate interacting with people who make these things feel less stressful. Very small things to some are meaningful to me and I respect all the employees here

Recently, my son experienced a service issue relating to my vehicle but it was quickly remedied with the management team.
