Excellent prompt service. Thoroughly explained work. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Waiting (Lobby) was clean and comfortable.

The employees were friendly and provided excellent service. However, it would have been more convenient to pay from my car instead of making a stop inside the store just to make a payment.

Great quick, honest and professional service. Come in on a Saturday and for 2 cars serviced without a long waits. The whole staff was friendly and there was no crazy upsell. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for well over 25 years and have always experienced quality service. Recently, my son experienced a service issue relating to my vehicle but it was quickly remedied with the management team. Thank you to Area Manager, James for the professionalism and willingness to quickly resolve.

1 feedback: i wasnt offered anything like at all which i thought was weird. I came for an oil change and other locations i always get offered stuff like coolant, tire rotation, and just other stuff for my car that i always get done that helps my car performance, i talked to 3 people and nothing but “here’s your price, any questions, would you like to pay with cash or card”. i drive a nice car, i looked good and was being nice, what was weird though was that the lady in front of me was offered a lot of stuff but i wasnt. it wasnt until the end that i had to ask for coolant and tire rotation, it sucks too because i was only charged 168$ which is great but i had a 400$ budget so if i was offered anything of service i definitely wouldve said yes and spent my money. so yea good job overall but it couldve easily been a great job if offered stuff.

I went in for a due oil change. The manager Steve reviewed my car history of past repairs that Jiffy Lube have done on my car. One ??? of the technician that was servicing my car noticed my rear brakes were down to the metal. Steve asked when the last time I had my brakes prepared. I told him I don’t remember if brakes repairs have ever been done on my car ??. I bought the car brand new ?? in Sept 2021. My rear brakes were replaced.

The gentleman who checked me in…I wish I’d had him every time! He was on point! He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent while gentle in sharing with me all the potential needs my car had.
