I've been going to this Jiffy Lube in Sierra Lakes Parkway, Fontana. Everyone in this branch is courteous, professional and friendly to their clients. The place is clean and always smells good.

The technicians at this location did some solid work. I came on the evening of October 8th. They explained to me everything they did. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes from the time I pulled my vehicle into the bay. I’ll definitely be returning here for more work.

Excellent customer service! I arrived at Jiffy Lube at 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, and the team was still more than happy to help me with an oil change. Not once did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them or rushing them at the end of their day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s refreshing to experience such great customer service, especially so close to closing time! I truly appreciate their positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back!

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube today. The staff at this Jiffy Lube was super friendly, the waiting room was super clean and they even had snacks! I didn't have to wait long. They also answered questions that were unrelated to the oil change. Great place for an oil change!

Came in this morning for an oil change, and Steve along with another gentleman took great care of us. They were knowledgeable, professional, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. Their positive attitude and genuine joy made our morning so much better. It's refreshing to be helped by people who truly care about their customers. Thank you both for the excellent experience—we'll definitely be back!
