Very professional service

Wow. Talk about service with a big dose of excellent customer service. Knowledge of product. Fast and efficient. You can stay in you car OR have a seat in lobby/office. Location On Blackstone(next to Stanford Optical). ****# NO line on weekday, was completed 15-20 min.

They were very nice. They explained everything they showed me everything that they were doing. They were not too expensive. They were perfect. II advise people to go here.

Good oil change service

Have never been to this jiffy lube as I live in another city. I have to say hands down the best customer service has been this one and I think the staff should be recognized for an outstanding job and the lever of communication they gave was above and beyond!!

Great fast and easy respectful honest company

Ive been going to jiffy lube for a couple years now and the Herndon and blackstone location is always very professional and nice. And they get you in and out. Great service

Initial greeting was a little slow but less than 5 minutes. Service was quick. After service was completed and I was in my car ready to leave a car was blocking the exit while agents changed the inside cabin filter on that car which took about 5 minutes.

All the staff was great.

Me and my husband went to have our oil changed and tires checked well they lost 2 of the custom tire valve covers . We made them aware of this and they bought replacements for all 4. Thought that was pretty awesome

Jiffy Lube on North Blackstone is awesome. They are the kindest and most professional. While having my oil changed, they checked my tire pressure, changed my windshield wipers, change a filter for me! I feel comfortable and safe driving away from there.They get you in and out of there fast! I appreciate them!
