Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10340 TWIN CITIES RD, GALT, CA, 95632-9043

Always professional and helpful here.

Fast service great staff. Aaron was a big help and made my first visit easy. Will keep going there for all my vehicles.

Staff is great!! Corporate is riding the cost of oil in California and jacking up the prices for Californians. Not fare. Other states paying much less for same quality oil and services. Lower the prices!

In and out in about 15 minutes

Susan, Chris and Aaron did a wonderful job making sure my vehicle was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. 10/10 would go here again.

You all were so very kind and hospitable

I enjoyed the excellent service I received today at your location.

Great customer support.

Chris was very helpful and informing didn’t make me feel like a inconvenience for coming in later in the day

Very fast and friendly! Made me aware of everything needing to be done and pricing was straightforward.

Great job didn’t try and upsell excepted the coupon I had we were in out and on our way. Staff was friendly and polite.

I needed a quick lube, fluids check & oil/filter change on my car… I was greeted by one of the employees and was checking in within a few minutes. It wasn’t too busy, with only 2 cars in front of me. The guys had me out the door in less than 20-25 minutes. It was very nice experience. I haven’t been to a Jiffy Lube for years since I moved out of state, but this one was a well run location. If I’m ever back in the Elk Grove or Galt area, I’ll be back. Good job ????

Very knowledgeable, they were able to get me right in no fuss. No, mus did a good job.

They are always quick and offer to help with anything extra. I had my rear blinker light that needed to be replaced and it was only $10. Always happy with their services.

Susan and team were great as always!

Good service nice employees ????

Very quick and efficient

These young people are so polite. While getting my oil changed, they cleaned my front window and check my tires. I know at other places they do the same thing. It is their attitude… helpful young men. I don’t take for granted politeness and a good attitude. Thank you!
