The hero of service award goes to Will!! He assisted my first visit despite my dissatisfaction, he performed my oil change & replaced the filter. I highly recommend, I will increase my review to 4-stars!! I stopped by to ask about getting an oil change for my BMW 328i and the clerk was helping someone else and when finished helping that one customer he went to the service area and never came back out to the lobby area to assist me or any other customers that might have arrived I patiently waited several minutes and then I had to summon an employee to the front to assist me. He asked me have I been helped and I respond sarcastically as I should have and said no I'm just standing here looking crazy. He then chuckled and called someone to assist me. The first employee as I said helped one customer and then went to the back service area and never came back to the lobby area to help any customers. I wish I would have gotten his name I usually do but I had decided not to leave a bad review because I have to take my car there tomorrow. However, a second employee eventually came out and was very helpful and professional. He answered my questions about the oil change options and explained the best time to come back when they’re less busy (between 7–9 a.m.). I appreciated him taking the time to explain things and being courteous. Overall, the customer service improved once I was helped, but it would be great if staff acknowledged customers right away so no one feels like they’re waiting without direction.

Everything went pretty smooth in/out fairly quick. Customer service was great!

The service @ Hawthorne jiffy lube was superb assist and manager were extremely engaging with me and I normally service my vehicle at Honda just dropped in and there was not a long wait these guy are people persons

It was a delightful experience, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable, the price was right.

The service is fine, it's just that they always give me the sticker for the next oil change with incorrect information , or they simply don't give it to me at all, but it's not a big deal .
