Excellent service and customer service. In and out, didn’t try to over sell things that I didn’t need

This location is busy but I got in quick they did a vehicle check asked if I wanted my air filter changed and my tire rotated. They completed my. Oil change fairly quickly. Very pleasant while checking out I was able to use a coupon which helps offset out god awful gas prices!

Missed getting my discount because the person put the order thru without the discount then couldn't start over. The person servicing the car was very nice.

This was my first time at this particular Jiffy Lube. From start to finish, the service was great. They offered to allow me to wait in my car while they changed my oil, which I really appreciated. The employees were interacting with each and genuinely looked happy to be there. One of the employees, I wish I would’ve grabbed his name, said he retired from another career, And took this job so he could mentor young adults. His pride and what he did showed, and I believe this was reflective of How all of the employees interacted with one another. And hey, even my last interaction was great— The service technician opened my car door for me to get back in! It’s the little things that go along way. This is definitely my new stop for oil changes. Thanks, everyone!

Great service , car felt amazing once I left , a little pricey but if you got it it’s worth it

Very good service and friendly staff helped me get my car license plate on and the next day helped me with cleaning and clearing the headlights on the Mercedes-Benz benz e320 2005, it was possibly two of the most productive days with service personnel this years, Thank you Jiffy lube on Hawthorne blvd and El segundo blvd in Hawthorne!!!! My JL Team was patient and informative. Once my car’s turn for oil change came up, the service was done fast and it included the oil filter. I definitely their client going forward.

My visit at Jiffy Lube was great! Starting with the manager Will,he made sure they didn't go over my budget and he worked with me in assisting me with coupons. Daniel W. who was the mechanic who worked on my car,I'm glad that he was honest and fast on working on my car!! Thank you all at Jiffy Lube for making my experience go well. Amazing service as always. I appreciate the AC in the am waiting area. Your guys always deliver. I always bring my car there and appreciate the discounts too!! And so does my wallet!!

The hero of service award goes to Will!! He assisted my first visit despite my dissatisfaction, he performed my oil change & replaced the filter. I highly recommend, I will increase my review to 4-stars!! I stopped by to ask about getting an oil change for my BMW 328i and the clerk was helping someone else and when finished helping that one customer he went to the service area and never came back out to the lobby area to assist me or any other customers that might have arrived I patiently waited several minutes and then I had to summon an employee to the front to assist me. He asked me have I been helped and I respond sarcastically as I should have and said no I'm just standing here looking crazy. He then chuckled and called someone to assist me. The first employee as I said helped one customer and then went to the back service area and never came back to the lobby area to help any customers. I wish I would have gotten his name I usually do but I had decided not to leave a bad review because I have to take my car there tomorrow. However, a second employee eventually came out and was very helpful and professional. He answered my questions about the oil change options and explained the best time to come back when they’re less busy (between 7–9 a.m.). I appreciated him taking the time to explain things and being courteous. Overall, the customer service improved once I was helped, but it would be great if staff acknowledged customers right away so no one feels like they’re waiting without direction.

Everything went pretty smooth in/out fairly quick. Customer service was great!

The service @ Hawthorne jiffy lube was superb assist and manager were extremely engaging with me and I normally service my vehicle at Honda just dropped in and there was not a long wait these guy are people persons
