Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient. Very friendly

Very courteous tech, the lady knew her stuff and was effective in getting it done the gentleman was under the car. But together it went smoothly. It was a bit more then Valvoline, but a very positive experience. Thank you

Employees were very friendly and professional. They didn't have my filter in stock but were able to expedite delivery. They still started my oil change in advance of the filer arriving to help speed things up. Employees 5 stars.

Excellent service friendly and fast

Fernando is the best !! Great manager

Extremely friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable.

The team at Jiffy Lube was really personable, they showed me all the fluid levels, topped everything off and cleaned up after themselves. The job can get messy and they were aware of it! They were the best price in town...for how quick it took! For my first car I did find a cheaper oil change...but I wasn't about to wait 3 hours to save $20! I was so impressed the work they did...I brought my jeep in the next day. And they did a great job!

I recommend services at Jiffy Lube in Hesperia Ca. Fernando V. was kind with great customer service and knowledgeable about mechanics. Thanks for everything Mr. Fernando V.

Oil change. Super nice and informative! They look out for you:)

I did an oil change today, the manager Fernando helped me, suggested everything that should be done and didn't push sales. I felt comfortable and put all my trust in him, staff did an amazing job, definitely going to take my other car for its next oil change.

Fernando and Edward did right by me.

We have taken our vehicles there for several years. They are quick efficient and professional. In addition, very personable. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice man that helped me out!

I didn’t get full details of what I was asking for. I wanted a report of how and what my car needs. The technician was nice but not very talkative when it comes to answering my questions.

The guy and gal that were working went above and beyond I tell ya. I came in to just have my fluids checked, but they not only did that but found a rear light out & replaced it and cleaned my windshield. They checked everything to make sure I was safe on my road trip. Those two did more than any other jiffy that I've gone to just to have my fluids checked. They were going to check my tire pressure, but I had just done that. Made me feel good and safe. So professional, but I don't remember their names.
