My experience was such a wonderful experience and I literally NEVER give positive feedback. But from the time of arrival to the time of departure the gentleman who helped me with my Vehicle Inspection in the afternoon on 2/25/26 for my brand new white Tesla Model 3 was amazing!!!!!!! Kudos to you sir!!!!!!!

In a world that has lost sight of customer service and integrity I stumbled into Jiffy Lube feeling dread over being taken advantage of AGAIN by a mechanic. Then I met Jesse. What a wonderful young man. He was knowledgeable, kind and had a huge smile the whole time. He explained everything in detail and set my mind at ease. He also saved me 1000 dollars from what the mobile mechanic tried to charge me. Jesse, tell your mamma I said she obviously raised you right! I will be back for everything car related and send friends and family. Jesse also sang praises about the entire jiffy Lube team and assured me they would take care of me. Great service. They were fast and the price was great.

Jose Prado and his team worked very hard to do all the many things that I requested to have done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The list was LONG - I even got a new battery. They are kind, caring and efficient at their jobs. They give good advice too - not pushy, but informative.
