Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 81088 US HIGHWAY 111, INDIO, CA, 92201-6664

I stopped to get an oil change at lunch time and was greeted by Angela, who was quick to ask what I needed and get me going. She assessed the vehicle and did not pressure additional service. The oil change took no more than 15 minutes and I was provided with a discount coupon for a future visit. I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

Always great service here with Jiffy lube.

Mechanics were very nice. I came in for an oil change but knew I had other issues with the car as I had hit 100k. They were super friendly and worked as fast but diligent as possible as I had my toddler with me.

The knowledge and detail from this crew was amazing!

Very quick and very helpful! I highly recommend this location. Super friendly staff ??

Very friendly staff and work was done very promptly.

The guys at the Indio Jiffy Lube were fantastic! I had an oil change done at another local Jiffy Lube over the weekend, and unfortunately noticed oil leaking from my vehicle today, right before we were supposed to leave for a trip. We stopped at the Indio location, and Diego went above and beyond to make sure we could get back on the road with peace of mind. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain what was causing the leak. He carefully checked the filter, verified the oil level, and made sure everything was properly addressed before sending us on our way. A huge thank you to Diego for taking such great care of us! His customer service and attention to detail really made a stressful situation so much easier.

Great experience with deigo

Went for an oil change. Very happy with the service. Fast and efficient. Angela the manager was vey friendly.

I saw the staff keep close communication with all the guests in the lobby while I was there, and I appreciate how quick and easy the service was. I did think the oil change price was expensive, but that’s probably just due to the economy ?????
