I sent my daughter in for her first oil change and they put up with me calling and talking to them and walking her through the process, so that was very nice.

I've gone to a few Jiffy Lubes in past but the Jiffy Lube on Manchester & Van Ness is now my home Jiffy Lube! They were friendly and professional and gave great service. Thanks guys. You are the best!

Friendly and quality service

I got an Oil Change Sat. 4/18/26.. I was a little late since my last one. The car's comp. will usually keep me updated on maintenance.! ????

Attendant welcomed me right away, took my information and an accurate time of completion. Didn’t feel pressured to pay for anything else so it was a great experience

Alerted me to an issue that could have been catastrophic if I was not made aware & didn’t get the issue fixed within 24-48hrs!! I was given # of Jiffy Lube that would be able to replace a water pump & thermostat & was quoted a price of $950+, which was like high high end online of what it should cost!! Luckily as an Army Veteran I know to ck around & was able to get factory water pump & thermostat & new gaskets for $148 & then a ASE certified master mechanics at a Jesus garage on Florence replaced my water pump, thermostat & gaskets under 2hrs for $250!! Workers are nice & knowledgeable but Jiffy Lube owners need to look at how they are ripping off their customers with crazy jacked up labor costs!! $400 elsewhere compared to $950+ at Jiffy Lube!!

I actually stopped using jiffy lube about 8 yrs ago due to bad experience, with service and STAFF rude ?? I reluctantly pulled into jiffy lube, the gentleman that attended me, and all other staff were so nice, attentive, polite professional. I wish I could remember his name. He changed my mind answered all my questions Patiently and throughly, was very understanding with my situation. I’m a jiffy lube lady !!! I give him a 10 out of 10 ??????

Excellent service. They changed my oil, air filter, brake fluid, and transmission service. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and professional at all times. The work was fast, efficient, and high quality. Highly recommended.
