It’s not often you find that level of transparency in auto service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I barely had time to settle in before my car was ready. Everything was handled with care, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and fast service, this Jiffy Lube location is definitely a five-star experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next oil change.

Robert was very informative when it came to the type of service I was getting. When there was a problem he came and spoke to me to let me know what was going on. At the end of the service he suggested future services that I might like to get and to keep in mind.

This is the best oil change experience I’ve had. Great work done fast and everyone is so polite and accommodating in explaining the many services they did at no extra cost. I remember my mechanic was Angel but honestly everyone is awesome. Pro tip goto jiffy lube website and find a coupon for your oil change. I saved $15!

Went to the jiffy lube on hacienda with no appointment for an overdue oil change on road trip passing thru la. From the moment I arrived everyone there was super polite and even held doors open for my girl and offered us water and the lounge to sit and relax. The mechanics really took the time to go over all the services they provided above and beyond. It’s a pity I don’t live here because this was the best oil change experience you can get. Shoutout to angel and my man at the register who took great care of us. A+

The whole staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and had a nail in my tire, they completed my oil change and sent me to a trusted tire shop and even called ahead for me. The whole experience was amazing and they really went above and beyond.
