Jesse, Jaime, Johnny did an amazing job. It was quick efficient and professional. I searched for a coupon and got $10 off an oil change. I paid $87 for an oil change and antifreeze top off. Will definitely be back in 4k miles!

These guys are absolutely INCREDIBLE! They corrected an issue on my diesel truck from a previous service at a different shop. I pray you pay them well, they all deserve a raise. They work so hard out in these insane temperatures. I won't go anywhere else, Cesar the BEST! A LEGEND!

My experience at Jiffy Lube on Hwy 111 in La Quinta, California was outstanding. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil and filter change, but I suspected that it would also be time to change the cabin filter and replace my windshield wiper blades. I had no idea that it was an option to sit in my car while it was being serviced, and I decided to try it out! I watched while Anthony headed up the team that did a thorough inspection of my car’s needs, explaining to me step-by-step, and asking permission, but not pressuring me before checking the next item. I saw the team do a very professional job of checking all the fluids in my car. I got to see as they accessed my air filter and my cabin air filter, and I could see that indeed they were very much in need of replacement. At each step, I was given an estimate of the price. They also threw in an extra quart of coolant for me. Throughout the process, the team was very professional and focused on doing a good job. Anthony was super respectful and communicated very effectively, and it was all taken care of quickly! I was really impressed with this team and I recommend this location of Jiffy Lube!

Great service. Emilio even held the door for my wife and I as we entered and exited the waiting area. The whole crew wished us a happy new year. We had a oil change and tire rotation. I mean, just wonderful to see this type of consideration and conscientious work effort. Will definitely be back.
