Quick, friendly customer service

Fast and friendly service! I was in and out in no time, and the staff really made me feel welcome. My car is running smoothly thanks to their thorough oil change and maintenance check.

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain what they were doing, pointed out the issues with my car in a clear way, and never once tried to upsell me. I left feeling confident about the work they did. I’d definitely go back!

I received good service here and was accurately advised on other needed services my vehicle needed.

Went in for a ride-share safety check. I usually have good experiences at jiffy lube. This time was great too. Manuel was knowledgeable and kind. I’ll definitely be back to this location for oil changes.

Zachery did a great job on my 07 Porsche Boxster headlights. I will bring two more cars to have the headlights restored. The 2nd picture is the cleaned up version.

I was completely satisfied. The staff was professional, helpful, kind, and reliable. I was happy to see the staff completely inspect my vehicle and ensure all fluids were provided to make it operate successfully. I highly recommend this location for a car inspection and oil change!!!

Fantastic Jiffy Lube - the only one I'll use going forward. Great location on a corner with easy in/out access. The team there is amazing! Jeremy, the manager, was very kind and welcoming and thanked me for my military service while making sure I got the discount Jiffy Lube gives for military. Alma was also amazing as she handled everything for me, made recommendations, and ensured that my vehicle was taken care of. Honestly, the whole team there was excellent.

Greater nicely. Knew what to do when I said coolant light came on. Checked for cracks and or leaks- all good so far after flush

I came in because my “change oil light” came on and it has also been about one year since my last visit. I had several things done to keep my car in good working order. Everyone was very kind and explained things to me and asked if I wanted several things done. I did and all things were done in a very timely manner.

Good experience except I wasn't sure if I needed the power steering fluid

Great Crew with impeccable customer service, that's warm and caring. Any business that's being ran with care and respect, it trickle from the top down and that's why the staff is so great because the Manager Jeremy is an Amazing person that works well with his staff.This not my first time having my vehicle serviced @ Jiffy Lube on South St, Lakewood but I will continue using this location for my car maintenance. ??

Amazing service manual took great care of me and the rest of the people there I was very impressed. Looking for afar. He did an incredible job and the team is very funny and cool. Easy to talk to definitely recommend this place.
