They were quick and efficient, but they missed the fifth star because they did not shock all the fluids I had to remind them about a couple of different things like the differential.

I brought in my 2012 Honda Insight for a routine oil change today. This is the best service I had since I moved to Lodi (or ever). The guys were so quick to help out, provided a welcoming environment especially as a woman, and made the experience very smooth. They were very informative and checked everything, and had me double check to make sure they did what they said. I will definitely come back for every oil change. This has been the best management and staff!

Fast service. Employees talk too fast to fully understand until they repeat themselves. Did not have a replacement air filter for my car in stock. If I want one I need to return at a later date to get it replaced.

I came in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond for my car. During the service, they discovered a cracked oil cap and replaced it at no charge. They also explained that whoever performed my last oil change had overtightened it, which made the repair more difficult, but they still did everything they could to take care of the issue. I did have to leave my car overnight, but they had it ready bright and early the next morning. When my low tire pressure light came on the morning I picked it up, I called them and they had me come right back. They checked everything again, topped off all my tires, and made sure everything was good to go. The staff was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was taken care of. I really appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
