I went in pretty early and the staff was very personable and friendly…. Also very informative. I even forgot my wallet and they called me immediately to come back and pick it up…. Thanks guys

I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube in Bixby Knolls! I came in for an oil change about 40 minutes before closing, and they took me in with no problem at all, which I really appreciated. The team was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. They do ask a lot of questions about additional services, but it felt more like part of their customer service process than a sales push. After I declined, I never felt pressured to add anything I didn’t want. Overall, the service was smooth, quick, and everyone was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was met with a warm welcome by Immanuel immediately and he heard me out despite my anxieties surrounding the situation. He then consulted with his team and told me that “they’d take care of it.” I was then escorted to the waiting area where the general manager Jeff would come in to update me periodically, making sure I was staying in the loop. They discovered the issue was something simply not screwed on properly. They fixed it and sent me on my way (no cost). This is a great team - kind and professional. I’ll definitely be back.

I got an oil change, fluid top off, tire rotation etc. regular car maintenance with a great experience and great price for excellent service.

Jiffy Lube on Long Beach Blvd. was superb. They were fantastic. I received a spark plug and coil change. I was unable to get a transmission oil changed due to type of car I have but the employee there searched around to a few different locations to find a location that would be able to assist. All in all they were very friendly they escorted me into the building to wait for my carand back to my car when the service was done. Now my car seems to be doing really great. What a positive experience. Thank you again for the guys at Jiffy Lube on Long Beach Blvd.

You guys didnt reset my oil to 100 and no windshield wiper fluid at lease but 100 for just oil...geesh
