Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 3311 KATELLA AVE, LOS ALAMITOS, CA, 90720-2337

Very Helpful

Friendly service and my oil change was super quick!

Great place

Very polite courteous and quick service.

Jiffy Lube is very Quick to detail and they get things done professionally. And would recommend people to go there and get services done for their vehicle.

Good service. Thanks!

Ja'rel (jay) and Tommy were phenomenal. Real human beings who arent scammin, chatty yet professional. 5 stars

Friendly and fast service. Been going here for years!

I am thrilled with everyone there! The Machanic and support staff! I was disappointed the the coupon i wished to use that I found on line that morning, was expired. Things are tight financial for all of us right now, I think taking time to visit and follow a post is comparable to a one time 15 % discount.

I had my brakes done and Jake over at the Los Alamitos Jiffy Lube has the best customer service.

Quick and great service. They even helped fix our skid plate that was hanging.

I have such a good experience here, all the men are so nice and helpful

Associates were very friendly

Outstanding experience.

I keep coming back, that says it all. Professional staff.

Fast and not pushy on service needs.

Wow everyone was very nice and fast service felt no pressure to get everything fixed all at once! Manager was the best !!!

Great and professional crew

Great experience, dealt with Numeiah on August 22nd at 7:27am super early and he was very professional and helpful. Been looking for a new oil change spot since I just moved to the area of rossmoor but finally found it. Appreciate the team here

Quick oil change. They reviewed my cars report card and informed of services that can be added.

Great service!

A+ Service!!!!! Super helpful employees and I’m in and out in no time.

The staff was very courteous and pro.p

Came in for multiple services and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, had a great attitude, and explained everything without making me feel pressured. They were honest, worked fast, and made the whole process easy. You can tell these guys care about doing good work. I’ll definitely be back.

Fast, Friendly and professional

Good Customer Service Experience.

Great customer service and fast!

Team was quick and on it. No complaints. Will give it another shot next time as well.

Quick and very friendly guys working here! Would def return :)

Quick and great service!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend their service!

The guys who work here are top notch! I called as I was in my way to check if they had a wait time and they said they’d be able to get working on my car right away. They helped get my car in tip top shape for my trip tomorrow. When they brought it down from the lift my battery finally called it quits. (I should’ve replaced it a few weeks ago, so I was already living dangerously) But J and his coworkers helped me replace the battery in less then 10 mins and saved me! Everyone was very professional, hardworking and showed me hands on what they recommended be done. 10/10 for sure. J and the gentleman with braces (sorry I don’t remember your name) are the 2 I worked with and I definitely will be back to see them again! Keep up the great work and customer service!

I've done 3 or 4 reviews for this location jiffy lube it's absolutely fab hands down. The best ?? thanks guys x3 great group .
