Mohammed was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. I went in for an oil change, received a thorough full service check up without the typical sales pitch. Definitely, I would use them again, and highly recommend their facility without hesitation.

Everyone was very friendly (even tho it was very busy when I went).

Dave was super efficient and fast at replacing the headlight on my car. The cost was far less than I expected and I was relieved that I didn’t need an appointment and there was no wait time. The mechanics are honest and personable. I highly recommend this location.

Four amazing car techs helped me, providing EXCELLENT attention to detail in thoroughly explaining an engine error code I received Saturday morning which led to acceleration issues; they also thoroughly measured ALL of my brakes pad linings - inner and outer (incl. evaluation of all my rotors and calipers); bonus points for helping me finally diagnose an ongoing squeak on my driver side wheel. I thought the Team at Jiffy Lube on La Brea Ave in Los Angeles did a great job it was first time using the service. They explained everything and didn't push for hard sales in an annoying manner. They gave me great options for maintaining my car's health.

Kevin and the guys were great. They listened to me and did an excellent job all with a good attitude. I got an oil change but they had a nice clean shop, clean office, and clean bathroom which I appreciated.

I was very pleased with my experience at this particular location. I was dealt with politely, quickly and professionally. My oil change took less than 20 minutes max. As far as I’m concerned, the price was reasonable and certainly worth the excellent customer service I received aside from my oil change.
