Mohamed and Brian are absolutely incredible, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them! I came into Jiffy Lube about 45 minutes before closing, and even though they already had two cars they were working on, they took the time to look at my car, figure out what was going on, and help me. What really stood out was that they didn't just explain the issue and fix it for me. They actually took the time to teach me how to fix it myself in the future. They even referenced the saying, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” That really stuck with me because they genuinely wanted me to feel confident handling the situation if it ever happened again. I'm not a car person by any means, and situations like this can feel intimidating. But Mohamed and Brian were so patient, kind, and thorough that they made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best possible service. I trusted them wholeheartedly, and I am so grateful for the time, care, and guidance they gave me, especially when they could have easily just sent me on my way with a quick fix. This is the kind of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare. They went above and beyond, not because they had to, but because they genuinely cared about helping someone. Mohamed and Brian are a credit to Jiffy Lube, and I will absolutely be coming back to them for all of my future car needs. If every business had people like these two, the world would be a much better place. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

So impressed with these guys! When I pulled in, they let me know right away they were uncharacteristically short staffed. But despite quoting me a 90 minute wait time, they managed to get my oil change and tire rotation done in just 45. I had a coupon for oil they didn't have in stock but they honored the discount anyway – incredible. Everyone I interacted with was nice, communicative, and even had a sense of humor about it all. If their boss is reading this, you've got a great team. Unrelated, but their mechanic Gage is a 10/10. Drop the IG king ????

Ask for David. Had overall good experiences dealing with him. He’s straightforward and I trust that the job gets done. Had a tire issue and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. He took care of my tire problem and I didn’t even miss my meeting. Great service.

Had a problem with an oil change when I went to my mechanic. Decided to go to this location. David took care of it right away. Turns out my mechanic made a mistake which made my car leak oil. This place fixed it fast. Go here if you need an oil change.

They are really fast and got me out quickly.

I came in for an oil change but left with more knowledgeable things on how to take care of the engine and brakes it was not expensive and they go it done in less than 35 mins very easy not time consuming and the people get the job done I highly recommend this place
