Great efficient service every time at a fair price!

Mohammed was absolutely terrific. He was clear and honest, made suggestions without trying hard to upsell me. I’ve always had great service at this location—very highly recommend!

David was the BEST!!!! Genuinely I never leave reviews but I need to bc he answered all my questions (super helpful as a 25 year old girl living alone with no knowledge of cars…) and was super quick and just a great person. Will only be coming back here for him

came in for oil change only and was not pressured for addtional tag on services...great place to get oil changed with PINK's next door... it took a long time and we did not get notified when car was ready... they said they could not text... you should change that to best service your customer's especially when i'll be many go next door for a long wait stand in line hot dog / appreciated the senior discount brought up by the service man

They did a great job!

My go-to spot for oil changes and general car check-ups! The staff is always friendly, and they're honest about necessary fixes vs. ones that can wait. They can get really backed up on the weekends, so I usually go around midday during the week. If you need more advanced work done on your car, I'd suggest a specialized body shop. But for the basics, JL is solid and this location is great.

They were very friendly and have great service. But, I told them three times to check my battery and they only did an oil change. Made me wait longer. If they would have just listened to me in the first place.

I was pleased with the service at the La Brea, Hollywood location. My front brake pads had to be replaced as well as the sensors- ASAP. Galen worked quickly and efficiently to remedy this situation, and David helped move things along too. I've never been disappointed with the staff's dedication to their work, and the cost is fair versus what you would be charged at the dealership, or other competitors.

Great group, very informative and quick! Definitely recommend these guys! Found my new spot!

I love coming to this jiffy lube. I’m always in and out in a jiffy! The staff makes recommendations and are not too pushy so it makes me more comfortable and i get them done when i have the money. David has helped me before like he did this lad time. He is awesome!

Mohammed was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. I went in for an oil change, received a thorough full service check up without the typical sales pitch. Definitely, I would use them again, and highly recommend their facility without hesitation.

Dave was super efficient and fast at replacing the headlight on my car. The cost was far less than I expected and I was relieved that I didn’t need an appointment and there was no wait time. The mechanics are honest and personable. I highly recommend this location.

Four amazing car techs helped me, providing EXCELLENT attention to detail in thoroughly explaining an engine error code I received Saturday morning which led to acceleration issues; they also thoroughly measured ALL of my brakes pad linings - inner and outer (incl. evaluation of all my rotors and calipers); bonus points for helping me finally diagnose an ongoing squeak on my driver side wheel.
