I’ve been going to this location for many many years now. The current staff there is incredible and wildly knowledgeable around automotive beyond their scope. My father worked for the bureau of auto repair for 25+ years and I’m sure he would very please this location!

Experience Jiffy Lube is always been a good experience and just recently they took care of my vehicle. We’re very polite and answered any questions that I had. I recommend anyone to come to the Jiffy Lube here in Hollywood off of La Brea.

I need a oil change within 1 hr of my time they got done under 45 min Thank you again

The brakes and rotors needed replacing but there were some issues with the car so they were so kind and stayed an hour and a half past closing to finish.

So far so good! I have trusted Jiffy Lube on several vehicles in several states. Every experience was great but this one was exceptional. Muhammad was very concise and answered every question I had. Made me feel good and so this will be my go to while in Hollywood.

The employees were very nice, and respectful. I have no complaints about the service I received.

I’ve been by on a couple of occasions where they have helped me out and charged me nothing simply because I have been there before for oil changes. Beyond old school. Super nice and super helpful people. More than happy to leave them a great review.

I have always taken my car to jiffy lube. They are fast in changing my oil and filter. Staff are friendly and I will always take my car to them.

David was the BEST!!!! Genuinely I never leave reviews but I need to bc he answered all my questions (super helpful as a 25 year old girl living alone with no knowledge of cars…) and was super quick and just a great person. Will only be coming back here for him

came in for oil change only and was not pressured for addtional tag on services...great place to get oil changed with PINK's next door... it took a long time and we did not get notified when car was ready... they said they could not text... you should change that to best service your customer's especially when i'll be many go next door for a long wait stand in line hot dog / appreciated the senior discount brought up by the service man

My go-to spot for oil changes and general car check-ups! The staff is always friendly, and they're honest about necessary fixes vs. ones that can wait. They can get really backed up on the weekends, so I usually go around midday during the week. If you need more advanced work done on your car, I'd suggest a specialized body shop. But for the basics, JL is solid and this location is great.

They were very friendly and have great service. But, I told them three times to check my battery and they only did an oil change. Made me wait longer. If they would have just listened to me in the first place.

I was pleased with the service at the La Brea, Hollywood location. My front brake pads had to be replaced as well as the sensors- ASAP. Galen worked quickly and efficiently to remedy this situation, and David helped move things along too. I've never been disappointed with the staff's dedication to their work, and the cost is fair versus what you would be charged at the dealership, or other competitors.
