Steven and Kevin are wonderful! I came to this jiffy lube after getting my oil changed among many other services at the Jiffy Lube on Adams Blvd. After my visit at the Jiffy Lube on Adams Blvd , my car had more alerts shown on my car dashboard than when I brought it one of them being too much oil! Steven took care of all mistakes the other location made for me super quick. As a woman, I always feel intimidated going to car shops however, Steven and Kevin made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and most importantly gave me my car back with all of the alerts on my dashboard gone, free of charge! Steven, I will see you next time I need an oil change! Thank you!

30 minutes for an oil change not 15 minutes, also it costs $150, but free coffee ?, and still pretty quick compared to other places where you might have to leave it over night.

I've been getting my oil changed here for years, had an issue with vavoline on national when I went for a late oil change (jiffy was closed) and they completely stripped my oil plug. I called Jiffy Lube the next morning after vavoline blamed them for the incident and talked to John Lopez, the GM. He told me to come in and helped me fix the problem, he and his entire team are amazing! Thank you all so very much!

Today, I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. The service done by Hector was over-the-top excellent. He was professional and courteous. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Well, I haven't desired to visit a Jiffy Lube in many years. I forget what exactly turned me off but I think it was higher prices compounded with less than kind and personable interactions. Maybe there's been a change, maybe this particular location has their own magic. The vibe, the common courtesy and good nature of all the staff I encountered had me smiling the whole time. And even now as I write this. I appreciate you guys for the rapport.

Our skid plate was dragging, so we dropped into Jiffy Lube and they had us out of there within 5 minutes. So nice and so helpful! Thank you, Jose and team!

This is my go-to local auto repair. Over the past two years, I've only ever had positive experiences with the mechanics here. Each worker is friendly, knowledgeable, and more often than not, is willing to go above-and-beyond to help. Just yesterday, when my car battery mysteriously shut down, Hector and John actually accompanied me back to where my car was parked (and dead) and they were able to get the battery running within seconds, free of charge. Their customer service really goes a long way. I'm grateful!

I first went to Jiffylube on Ventura Blvd., which looked at my car and told me what needed to be fixed. Then, I checked with Jiffy on Overland to see if they had the part, which they did, and I was able to go there. They fixed my coolant hose and thermostat. Thanks, guys.

I brought my 1996 Chevy Tahoe with drum brakes in the rear by and they were able to replace them for a very fair price. Not everyone works on drum brakes and they did a really great job! In a super quick turnaround time, too! I really appreciate the knowledge and ability of the techs at this Jiffy Lube and I will certainly be back for more work when things come up. Very impressive considering the age of my truck and they instilled a lot of confidence for me with this location specifically.

Pablo and Peter went above and beyond to help me with a car issue I was having (that I was totally incompetent to diagnose or fix myself). I'm a student here in Los Angeles and my dad is across the country - it really means the world to me that they were willing to help me until my issue was totally resolved. They are both fantastic!
