Needed an oil change bc my car had been warning me. Stopped there on my way somewhere else just to check my oil, and because I didn't have enough time, they chexked and ADDED 2 quarts for me foe FREE until I could come back!!!! FREE, that almost never happens in life nowadays!! Rock on!

I have been going to these guys on-and-off for years (we have it done at our mechanic for less, when I have the time.) I personally have had no problems with the times that I’ve been getting my oil changed here, but my wife had mentioned a couple of incidents where they had left either the valve cover oil cap or the oil pan plug loose. Luckily, we live close to them

1st time coming to Jiffy lube. Julio was very helpful and got me sorted out on oil change with discount.

My absolute first choice-go to for my oil change. Thorough, friendly, fast and they’re always running deals. Their upsell isn’t aggressive which I respect. This time, the kind technician talked me through what other work my car needs and even visually showed me the damage in my engine. He gave pricing and left me to decide if I want JiffyLube to do it or let me try to do it myself. Solid interaction. Thank you for always taking care of me and my baby Lexus.

Steven and Kevin are wonderful! I came to this jiffy lube after getting my oil changed among many other services at the Jiffy Lube on Adams Blvd. After my visit at the Jiffy Lube on Adams Blvd , my car had more alerts shown on my car dashboard than when I brought it one of them being too much oil! Steven took care of all mistakes the other location made for me super quick. As a woman, I always feel intimidated going to car shops however, Steven and Kevin made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and most importantly gave me my car back with all of the alerts on my dashboard gone, free of charge! Steven, I will see you next time I need an oil change! Thank you!

30 minutes for an oil change not 15 minutes, also it costs $150, but free coffee ?, and still pretty quick compared to other places where you might have to leave it over night.

I've been getting my oil changed here for years, had an issue with vavoline on national when I went for a late oil change (jiffy was closed) and they completely stripped my oil plug. I called Jiffy Lube the next morning after vavoline blamed them for the incident and talked to John Lopez, the GM. He told me to come in and helped me fix the problem, he and his entire team are amazing! Thank you all so very much!

Today, I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. The service done by Hector was over-the-top excellent. He was professional and courteous. I could not be happier. Thank you.

Well, I haven't desired to visit a Jiffy Lube in many years. I forget what exactly turned me off but I think it was higher prices compounded with less than kind and personable interactions. Maybe there's been a change, maybe this particular location has their own magic. The vibe, the common courtesy and good nature of all the staff I encountered had me smiling the whole time. And even now as I write this. I appreciate you guys for the rapport.

Our skid plate was dragging, so we dropped into Jiffy Lube and they had us out of there within 5 minutes. So nice and so helpful! Thank you, Jose and team!

Had a wonderful experience at this location today!! Went to get my brake light replaced - John & Danny were very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They were very efficient, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely be back!

This is my go-to local auto repair. Over the past two years, I've only ever had positive experiences with the mechanics here. Each worker is friendly, knowledgeable, and more often than not, is willing to go above-and-beyond to help. Just yesterday, when my car battery mysteriously shut down, Hector and John actually accompanied me back to where my car was parked (and dead) and they were able to get the battery running within seconds, free of charge. Their customer service really goes a long way. I'm grateful!

***Read this*** --- Pablo is fantastic. He rescued me from the side of the road out of the kindness of his heart and fixed my car. Truly an honest, compassionate, and trustful person in LA. If you need a mechanic, or any of your friends in LA do, I recommend him to everyone I know now.
