Last week I came at the last minute as they were closing but the fellas was nice enough to help me out with service to my vehicle. They were professional and very informative when it came to my issue with my car. They doublechecked everything and even cleaned out the back seat of my car out of love(it wasn’t much but still). If you want service with no hassle I would come here. Even if in a rush and even last minute you might get lucky like me too. Perfect service crew. Shout out to Brian fashoo!

My go to place to get my car serviced is Jiffy Lube. Brian always makes sure we’re taken care of. I haven’t had one issue with my car since I’ve started coming here. You can trust them and their prices are more than fair. 5 star to them

Wonderful experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and kind. Took care of my spark plug problem and even added air to my tires at no charge.

We’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years, always amazing! Even after moving out of Los Angeles, we came back for a weekend visit and made sure to stop here to get our car serviced. Junior took care of our car this time, and everything was perfect. The car came back neat and tidy, pricing was transparent, and he kept me updated throughout the process on when the car would be ready. Great service as always!

Great customer service. The team let my son watch while they did the oil change and they taught him about how engines work. All the mechanics are very friendly. The most fun we’ve had at an automotive service center in a while.

I stopped by Jiffy Lube on Santa Monica and veteran and received amazing service. Bryan was a sweetheart. He was warm and provided excellent customer service. I was so stressed out about my flat tire but he diagnosed the problem in like 5 seconds. He found a nail and patched the tire for me. I left so relieved. Please keep him around. I usually go to Valvoline but this will be my spot from now on.

Rodrigo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I took my car in for sudden overheating. He was quick to suggest that I have the mechanic inspect it just to see if it had a problem that they could service there. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case but he and another gentleman were still able to throw out some ideas on what the issue could be, something I truly appreciate. He even recommended a nearby auto repair shop to help! Everyone was incredibly helpful and if I’m ever in the neighborhood again and need an oil change, I’ll definitely pop in. You guys are the best! Thank you! ??

Yesterday I noticed there was a “check coolant levels” notification on my dashboard. I went here and one of the technicians checked it out for me. He added a tiny bit of coolant and the notification went away. I did not have to wait long. He was helpful, nice, and informative.
