I had a good experience with them. It was my 1st time. I came first for oil change and Alan diagnosed what my Van needed to change with the parts. Like the battery, blade wipers and air filter. It was fair enough and reasonable to change it. So I did Have an oil change, and so whatever it needed. It was reasonable price too compared to a dealer. And It was fast, It took me like 45 mins.they did the service... Im glad I found this Jiffy lube in Western, Korean town place which near to my place as well.

The staff greeted me warmly and provided details about my service and the price before hand which I appreciated.

I went with a discount coupon which they honored with a synthetic oil change, no problem. Service was a little bit slower than it used to be in years gone by BUT if it means they are more careful + do a thorough job then that's fine by me. Still relatively fast, 15-20 minutes. They checked my cabin air filter, which they didn't used to do, and good thing, because it was completely clogged with dirt, leaves + twigs. Got a fresh 1 installed. That should really increase the cool flow of my A/C. I was wondering why my airflow was so weak! Their waiting room was clean, nice cool A/C on, plenty of chairs plus even free coffee + water. Very comfortable. The communication with the oil tech was good. He alerted me to a filthy air filter + the cabin air filter. I choose to install new ones + my oil change was still quick. They checked all the fluids that can be checked + topped them up. This oil change was pretty painless + reasonably priced. You just drive in + pull up in front of 1 of the bays. They'll come out + meet with u. I've always had a good experience at whatever Jiffy Lube I've been to.

I used to go to the mechanic that was at this location prior to you guys taking over. It’s nice to know that someone else with great customer service and pricing is still at this location. Thank you.

These guys are great. Raul was awesome. My mom had an unexpected emergency (of course on a Sunday), and I stopped in. They serviced my mom's car. Most mechanics are closed on Sundays; not this one! Thank you x 10,000 Raul and team!

Muy agradecida porque aprendi a usar airmoto el aparato para medir la presion de las llantas, eso era muy importante para mi. Cambiaron el aceite muy pronto Este es el tercer anio que voy a Jiffy Lube por servicios que necesita mi Toyota Yaris. Tengo 86 anios, manejo solo lo necesario que es muy poco. Muchas gracias a la persona que me recibio y ayudo con el Airmoto, no se su nombre, fue Cortez y muy amable. que Dios lo bendiga siempre
