I needed my tires checked before work so I went in a bit of a hurry to get them checked because I had a long drive ahead of me and was greeted almost immediately after pulling in. Johnny greeted and helped me out super quick, he assured me they would get me out fast. The staff was super attentive and nice, they added air to my tires and had me out before I expected. Will definitely be coming back for my services here.

Fast and friendly service! I was in and out for an oil change in no time, and the staff was super helpful in answering all my questions. Definitely a solid choice for quick car maintenance.

Second time here because the service is excellent, the team here is polite- works quickly & Enrique carefully explained some details for me. I'll be back the next time I need my car serviced. You can wait outside or inside where they offer A.C., water and coffee.

Mechanics typically don't recommend places like Jiffy Lube for oil changes, etc. I've been taking my cars to this one for years and have had better experiences here then other shops. The staff are no less passionate about cars.

Fast & pretty reliable. I think the prices have went up. I feel like nothing is really explained til you get to the counter & I always forget they make you get out the car for this one.

Pretty good experience today! Friendly ppl, didn’t take too long ~ there was a bit of a wait but I was greeted and asked to come sit in the waiting room off to the side once they were ready to service my car. Oil change, did the medium option which is the blended synthetic. They also checked about replacing my back tail light that’s out, except my rear trunk door isn’t able to open right now due to a faulty key fob, so unfortunately I’ll need to get that fixed first. I do appreciate that they attempted to get it checked it out though, just the same. The receipt said the floors were vacuumed, which I don’t think happened cause my drivers side is still dirty. Oh well. I asked for the sticker in the front windshield (to remind me how many miles I have until I’ll need a new oil change) and originally he forgot but when I asked again right before leaving, he took the time to go back inside and snag one, and write on it, so I was grateful for that. Overall not a bad joint ~ pleasant folks, fairly quick service once the line got moving, and they applied a coupon. Great feeling to know my oil’s fresh and car is back in good shape!! Very quick.

Fast is the major reason to go here. Price was $142 with tax for full synthetic. The vehicle took 6 + courts of synth thus the higher cost. Nice guys over here and got me out in 15-20 min. A+ ????

I’ve come to this Jiffy lube on Sunset blvd to get an oil change a few times. Never had any issues. I was helped out by Johnny. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend going here if you need a quick oil change.

First time here. I must say my experience was great. They told me all the fluids I had to change in my car. They helped me out, and now that service light I had on is gone. I didn't even know they vacuumed my floors.
